    Delivery was on time and did not take long to receive. I have set up many printer/fax machines and the set up on this one was confusing because instructions were difficult to read and understand. Some instructions were only by pictures. Printer seems to be working well after a frustrating set up.

    Would give it five stars if not for being so bulky/heavy and the dry-down time if you're printing double sided pages. I'm honestly shocked I haven't had an issue with this printer in over two years, but so far so good.

    Have had 5 HP printers over the last 20 years. None of them gave me a problem. I have had the printer for 3 weeks and I have had to call the Geek Squad 3 times and HP once to keep it working. It seems to have a problem staying connected to the Wi-Fi. Highly recommend an extended warranty.
