    Did not function right out of the box. Best Buy refused to exchange or refund printer. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!!! Unboxed printer and could not complete set up. Printer would not recognize the ink cartridges supplied with the printer.

    Paper jams CONSTANTLY!!! You can't customize b every print job, unless it allows you, i replaced my 8600 series, considering this an upgrade but its total opposite!!!! All of my HPs have had jamming issues with the feeder but this jeans under ALL circumstances! More jamming than productivity! It also feels so much more cheaply made! Returned it!

    Purchased this with the guidance of the in-store HP rep. He was extremely helpful and informative. Setup was easy and it worked well connected thru WiFi for a few days. Since then it regularly becomes undiscoverable. Simply turning off the power does not work. We need to completely unplug the unit to restart it. Disappointing. We never had this issue with the prior printer. Will return this to Best Buy and select another unit. We do not recommend this.

    This is my second HP OfficeJet Pro. I've had the older of the two for about 4 years and has not had any problems, so it seemed like a logical choice for an additional printer. I've been using the new one for a month now, again with no issues. Many positives include 2 sided coping and scanning, quality of copies and the pricing on a printer that can do so much!
