Overstated specifications

This printer delivers 1-2 pages per minute in the real world (which is a lot lower than advertised in the HP specs), the ink requires drying time and is susceptible to water smudging (like most inkjet printers), and dense color images have visible striping. If image quality is not that important (like printing mostly text on a white background), no problem. But, if speed and image quality are more critical, laser printers are more reliable.

With this one I have had issues with the wireless printing. It’s spotty at best. I like the print quality and speed. This is the second one of this model that purchased.

Rarely works

He was extremely helpful and informative. Setup was easy and it worked well connected thru WiFi for a few days. Since then it regularly becomes undiscoverable. Simply turning off the power does not work. We need to completely unplug the unit to restart it. Disappointing. We never had this issue with the prior printer. Will return this to Best Buy and select another unit. We do not recommend this.
