    Ordered,received timely Installed could not get to work properly Spent many hours on phone with HP Had to return, only way to do that was to order a new one and then return the old one Pay for 2nd then get refund Had to go into store to complete return, not happy about that

    fast, does everything we needed : print, remote printing, scanning, copying Much better than HP 8028 which "died" after 3 years. Printheads mixed colors wrongly.......HP couldn't fix Geek Squad installed perfectly.............

    Paper jams CONSTANTLY!!! You can't customize b every print job, unless it allows you, i replaced my 8600 series, considering this an upgrade but its total opposite!!!! All of my HPs have had jamming issues with the feeder but this jeans under ALL circumstances! More jamming than productivity! It also feels so much more cheaply made! Returned it!

    I had help with getting the ink program in the computer and the gentleman did help me to print. I was printing without any problem. Now I get a message -problem with printer - Have not been able to print the last two days. I still want to make sure I Scan and send faxes... Need help
