    Did not function right out of the box. Best Buy refused to exchange or refund printer. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!!! Unboxed printer and could not complete set up. Printer would not recognize the ink cartridges supplied with the printer.

    I purchased this for my wife for home office use. The first thing I noticed was how cheaply made it felt. Cheap plastic that flexed and certainly did not make me confident on how long it would last. After unpacking and putting it on the surface that it was to live on I installed the ink cartridges. It kept telling me that the ink cartridges needed to be installed or were defective. After attempting to reinstall them and doing all of the standard troubleshooting procedures I gave up and returned it. I’ll be searching for a different brand.

    I was able to send a copy to my email. There faxing and all the fancy stuff I haven’t use. The only thing I don’t like is when it runs out of color ink. It would not print in black and white until I replace the color ink. So I have not been using it for printing.

    Like it so far since it does what it’s supposed to do. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I don’t have good instructions on how to use all of the functions, and there are things I would like to use it for that I haven’t been able to yet.
