Great for home office

It is about the same as my other printer, but sits a little bit higher. The touch screen makes it very easy to use. I work at home about 3 to 4 days a week and it fits my job which is a paralegal.

This stuff happens and the second one is great. I had to replace an 8610 that continued to loose WiFi connection because HP no longer supports driver updates for it.

Best Day were out of ink for this new model at purchase time (except for black). Cancelled then rejoined HP's ink Replacement club.. Had a full 4-color replacement box within a week. Well done, HP. It would not print in color. Contact HP about the issue and they told me it had a bad print head. So I returned this one and order another one the same printer. This one is working great.

I returned it for an exchange. When I started connecting the 2nd one to a phone line for the fax, I saw that the ID plate and paperwork showed it as being a 9010 . That pamphlet that is supposed to be an owner's manual is basically the size of one piece of copy paper folded in half and was pretty worthless. The box and printer 'body' says 9015. I called Best Buy and learned that there is some difference between the 2, but my son thinks that the number on the body (case) should be correct. Who knows!! I have to rate it, but haven't used it since getting everything connected.
