I would not recommend this printer. My old HP 8625 was a terrific machine. The print head failed so I replaced it with this 9015. It has had problems from the get go. Constantly has an error B82A34B2 that can only be “resolved” by unplugging the power. The paper tray is poorly designed. I really hate this printer.

Very functional and does everything I need Good value for the money I wish they would use the same ink for all offfice jet printers

Four months into it and we are very pleased with its function. We bought it at a time when printers were sold out everywhere because of all the kids going back to college. I paid a little bit more than I would have wanted to for a dorm room printer, but it has worked great.

The printer is very good with all of its features. The only problem I have with it is sometimes the software doesn't work correctly and occasionally had to use the diagnostic software to repair, but other than that the printer works fine.

I did a lot of looking before I bought this printer. I went online looking for the best reviews from computer magazines. This printer was in the top ten of several of the magazines for my price range and features offered. It was exactly what I wanted and needed. VERY Happy with this printer!

This product is amazing. It does everything but one thing which I was sad by. It does not scan multiple legal sized documents on both sides/two sided. Overall a very good product.

Unfortunately HP's printer was defective - it wouldn't complete the setup and gave error messages that the component for the ink cartridges was not working. This was a HP problem, not a Best Buy issue. I also discovered, after purchasing it, that it received poor ratings on Consumer Reports. Best Buy did accept the return without issue, which was the only good part of the purchase.

Outstanding features providing wireless printing for all you portable devices. Copy and scan feature big asset. The only down side is the cost of ink replacement. HP does offer a service with membership to defer your ink cost.

I love this printer ! I don't like that I can not get help with operating it from Tech Support, or from being put through a automated system that does not offer a human to speak with until you have called back 5 times !!!!!!!

Never could get it to work via WiFi. My company’s IT help desk suggested getting a cord to come to my laptop - finally got it to print. Called HP help desk to get assistance in connecting wirelessly. They couldn’t get it to work either. I was resigned to always having to use the cord… until today - now it’s not linking at all. Will be retuning this printer for a refund. Hate that so much time has already been wasted on this.

Easy setup, connected to home wifi without any issues. Haven't used the fax yet (not sure if I will) but nice to have for convenience. Ink Cartridges are VERY expensive. Much smaller than my previous HP printer and the paper tray holds more. Definitely nice addition to the office.

Had an old Brother MFC which was great but didn't have a paper feeder, no 2 side printing and was slow. I've had this printer for almost a month, it is everything that we needed. The paper feeder is huge! 2 sided scanning is a time saver from flipping pages. Was a great purchase.

Bad experience. Hard to set up wirelessly; goes "offline" when idle; sends error message, off and on, for no apparent reason (such as paper jam); slow to receive jobs (uncomplicated ones) for printing; the HP "scan and print doctor" app gets stuck; trying to get a new printer driver from HP goes nowhere (spinning and spinning). I may take this back. How all the good ratings?

I love this 4 in 1 printer. It is modern looking and works fabulously. Haven’t had any problems as of yet. Needed a little help from the company to set up but not really a problem. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade to a newer model HP printer.

I have been quite pleased with the performance of this printer so far. With the app, scanning and printing from your phone is ridiculously easy. Setup was a breeze, and the quality of printed and scanned documents is fantastic for the price. So glad we opted to purchase this model!

This was a Christmas present for my mother, set up could be easier, they make you download their app to set up parts of it, didn’t really like the paper tray, it is all thin plastic so not sure how long it will last, get the protection plan

There is NO WAY to get paper out that is stuck unless you have a micro screwdriver.

Nightmare to set up. HP Smart is not smart. Finally called HP Support and was put on hold and then, after a long hold, disconnected. This happened FOUR times. Put the printer into a box and returned it. No idea if it is a good printer. Bought an Epson. A breeze to get it up and going.

This is a great printer at a great price. However, the Ink Replenish process has been a nightmare - Best Buy says to register with HP.com and HP says to discuss the problem with Best Buy. Geek Squad says to give it a few days but I'm still getting the error message.

I had some problems with the printer connecting to the computer and with internet access. I got assistance from HP and finally got it fixed. Something was the matter with the connecting. Printer is working great.
