I made a mistake with the first printer I purchased. When I returned it the two guys I worked with helped me greatly. The one at the return desk put me at ease throughout the transaction!

I want to bring this printer back! It does not print from my Mac and I have to manually turn it off and back on every time I want to print from my Dell. And HP has already sent me the new ink cartridges for a printer that I can barely get to work from only one of my devices. That's not very "pro". It is vary frustrating! And, there is no one to work with at HP for customer service.

5 year old hp8600 quit. Needed a printer for taxes. Took old printer back for 15 %off new . An on site tec linked printer to phone and iPad. Went almost painlessly. Prints well in black and white as well as color. Controls seem simpler.

The printer is working good and meeting expectations. I did have some trouble setting it up and had to figure it out. It took several tries and use of the diagnostic tools at HP.

It does it’s job, loving the wireless connection even though that sometimes it disconnects and takes minutes to reconnect. Enjoying the application to print from iPad and iPhone. Good product.

Has all the features of my old printer. Scan to the computer, fax, Scan to jpeg, and of course makes copies of documents. Scans double sided and can feed several documents at once. I can even print from my phone. How cool is that?

This is a replacement for an existing HP Officejet. It is satisfactory for a home office and I have no complaints. I am satisfied with HP as it is the only brand that I have used at home.

At first glance you would think the 9015 would be limited to what it can handle. I was pleasantly surprised after setting it up and putting it in action. Even though it has a smaller foot print than the previous HP printers; it can do the same tasks.

Good printer for price, although can’t believe how fast it requires ink replacement or the cost of the ink. Replace the Ink two times and you have paid the cost of the printer.

    HP Pro 9015 printer

Good printer. However, I thought I was purchasing the Pro 9015E model instead of the Pro 9015. They should change the model number (not just the "E") to save confusion. It's still a good printer and I ended up buying the Pro 9015E for a relative who is working at home and needed one. I purchased the "E" model for the same price as the 9015 elsewhere because BestBuy didn't offer it, (at that time at least) Downfall would be the software registration was time consuming and made more difficult than it has to be.

This printer constantly disappears from the network—completely unreliable both wireless and wired. Windows Surface Book 2, MacBook Air, and Pixel 4XL all lose contact with the printer. Additionally, the Android app is particularly maddening. Before purchasing this printer do yourself a favor and search the HP site for people seeking help just getting this printer configured out of the box—it cannot maintain a network connection. Period. One star instead of zero. On the miraculous occasion that a person can successfully send a print job to this otherwise useless machine, the pages come out at a decent pace.

This is the worst printer I have ever purchased and I have been in Business for over 40 years. It grabs too much paper all the time and does not line up the print. The paper grabber slips and the print does not line up properly resulting in messed up copies. Support did not understand the problem and could not and would not help me fix the problem.
