This printer does everything I need in a small office. The only problem I’ve found so far is with scanning multiple sheets. I just scan one at a time so no sheets get caught and crumpled going through.

It has beautiful ink quality. I just signed up for the Instant Ink Program. This will make it easier to get the ink when needed. I am a very light user so I signed up for the $2.99 50 page a month plan.

Did not like the time to order and get it. Ever since we started shopping on line, store carry less inventory, so you can get your spontaneous product on demand.

I have had this printer for a couple of weeks now and so far it's great. This printer meets all of my expectations. I love the fact that you can manage everything through the app. Well worth the money!

Easy set up, quick printing and the screen buttons are not as tiny as our last up printer which helps when emailing docs straight from the printer. Would recommend over and over again.

Perfect during the times that we are in. Satisfies all needs of a student pursuing a masters in chemistry. Would definitely recommend. The app makes printing a breeze. Go for the ink subscription

The HP 9015e is a very poor replacement for my old unit which was a HP 8620. I want my old unit back with a new printer head which had failed after 9 years of extraordinary service. I would give the new unit a lower rating if you had something lower than one star.

Went in one day to purchase a printer...the salesman was TOO pushy. So we left. Went back later and purchased what WE WANTED and we're glad we did!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I hate it when sales clerks get pushy

Works well, however, on my Imac for some reason the printer gets disconnected once in a while. I have to redownload it. Other computers and mobile devices, no problems!

This is the best printer I have ever owned. I never wanted to spend a lot of money on a printer because I didn’t see any benefit; I just needed it to print. But the cheap printers failed every time.

Have had to replace this model more than once-seems to have a mind of it's own. The paper tray is rather flimsy.

I could only scan one page at a time with my last printer. This one lets me scan multiple pages and save it as one scan. Game changer!! WiFi printing works perfectly as well. What a bonus!!!!

Too expensive and not the best when it comes to consuming ink. Certainly not a product I would recommend.

    • Brand response from HP Team
      Posted .

      Hi, Chuck.

I’m sorry you’re dissatisfied with your printer. I can certainly understand why the device using ink more rapidly than you’d anticipated would be disconcerting. I want to help you understand what’s going on and remedy the problem if one exists. I hope the information and resources below serve that end.

First, I can’t say for certain what happened with the ink supply in your case, but some printers come with what are known as setup cartridges, which have a lower capacity than regular or XL cartridges, and less still than ones in our Instant Ink program.

If you’ve installed replacement cartridges, the XL cartridges designed for your printer have estimated yields of 1,600 to 2,000 pages, while the regular size cartridges are expected to produce 700 to 1,000 pages. How cartridges perform in your own printer varies according to numerous factors, including resolution, how dry the air is and how absorbent the paper is.

Regardless, if your results differ dramatically from the estimates above, I recommend that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

The home screen does not come up. It says the ink is not correct or leaking. I used the ink that came with it when that did not work I tried the new ones I purchase..still the same message. Contacted HP and they were no help and told me to take back to store...but it was after the 30 days to return.

HP products have been great purchases before. After 16 months (11/21) it quit working. Calls to Technical Support, a techician came to my home. He got it running again but the mother board is bad. Better to buy new than fix. Really? 16 months, $250 purchase price. Where is the quality? I realize the warranty is only 12 months. First time a relatively new HP product was junk in such a short time.
