First of all, the ink cartridges did not load. Then HP wants you to subscribe to their ink. You HAVE to PAY for your copies! I canceled that subscription. When I did, the printer quit lining up and “squeaks” when printing. Bought from Best Buy. BB & HP NO HELP!

This printer does everything but toast your bread in the morning. It took a little time to set up, but it was worth it. I also like the option to buy ink automatically based on usage.

Works nicely. No issues so far- had trouble setting up the scan capability. Also have issues using items on printer screen. Overall a nice printer and happy to have it.

Hp Printer comparable to HP 8720 which was a quite dependable This is the newest model, however the screen display is smaller and liked the larger display on the 8720

Needs to be easier to set up! A lot of trouble getting the printer set up!

This version has an updated format for scanning jpeg It allows you to crop and adjust when you save. Also check your advance options before exiting. Copy and printer work well.

I’ve only had HP printers. This one is more plastic than my previous one HP 8610 but I was forced to upgrade as that one was no longer available.

Able to scan and print with ease. Easily connects to computer and other devices. Keyboard Is some multi click system like texting on your old flip phones, but not really an issue.

Nice printer with additional features. I certainly wouldn’t use this for high volume printing, but it is nice to have for the rare occasion that I need to print.

Bought this after bringing 3 others home which were much more expensive. Each of them would not feed paper from the top feeder as in scanning or copying. This one works!

Just what I needed! 5 minute set up and I was up and running. Output crisp, easy to understand controls, awesome piece of equipment. Curbside pickup was fast and smooth.

Printer excellent. Very disappointed in hidden addon for cartridges at a monthly cost that was not wanted or accepted - especially with the requirement of a pickup at Best Buy.

I bought this product During stay at home shutdown. It was easy to order and convenient to do a curb side pick up. It has helped me so much. I regret for not having it sooner.

Since my first choice was not available, this filled a need. Easy set up with simple interactive copying. Good choice for at home use.

My wife works in law and was put in work at home status due to Covid -19 .This setup worked perfectly and efficiently in performing her duties as needed. Highly recommend

Excellent device - fast, clear, accurate. The Instant ink program will save us a lot of money on ink. Support was excellent to help set up Instant ink account.

Good for office work gives a lot of pages per ink change . Mobil app works great and is a great help when on the got you can print anywhere , fax and scan .

Do NOT ever by an HP printer. They for you into HP+. This is a scam. Once you are forced into this service, you CANNOT use 3rd party ink and MUST ONLY BUY HP INK, which is TWICE THE PRICE.

Very nice and compact. Got it for my fiancé.she uses it all the time loves it. I like the using my phone from anywhere and printing what I need for later

This is the best HP printer I have ever bought. I've used an HP version previously before this one, but this brand of HP is a excellent printer. I will always in best in an HP printer.
