It won't print except on rare occasions it will finally print out something I tried to print out 2 weeks ago and then just when I finally get happy it jams again. This printer is trash and it's too late to return it so I'll have to go buy a different printer.

During that time, whenever I've needed to print, I've had to mess with settings or try and troubleshoot problems. Today, I went to print 1 page and the printer is telling me it has no paper, which isn't correct. Look elsewhere for another wirless all-in-one. Not worth the hassle

Purchased this new HP deskjet printer and it cuts some of the pics in half when printing. Not acceptable. HP is no help with these problems! The pictures it does print are very good.

In fact, if you are running a home business, the 9015 is perfect. HP cartridge support is 2nd to none.
