It took almost 2 hours on the phone with customer service to get it working. Once it was up and working it has been working great. Customer service was extremely helpful.

I spent a number of hours on the phone with HP, getting kicked upstairs to higher level help several times. I could never get the machine to fax and finally when they heard it run, they said it was faulty. They sent a replacement. I haven't had the se veral hours it would take to hook up the new machine and repackage the old one to send back.

This works perfect in our office for color printing. It connects to wifi easily and I love the HP InstantInk feature where I never have to worry about running out of ink.

Love this printer, works well , though since Fax is 20th century technology, they should drop this function and drop the price

Used for one year and had immediate system supply issues after the first time replacing the cartrides. Terrible experiences. HP customer support terrible, not answering phone call, robot promising customer representatives and hanging up. I guess we stuck with HP.

I bought this printer because of the multiple functions that it performs and which I need in doing my work. It also fits the space and looks good.

Arrived today via UPS, will return promptly tomorrow. Printer head shot...DOA. Ink cartridges not recognized by the printer. On that note, HP requires special "set-up" cartridges. They did come with this printer. Be advised, you cannot initialize these HP printers without them; little ink in each. Cartridges do not come with caps or tape, to cover/protect their access ports during shipping...just covered in loose plastic stuck in a box. Never had a printer like this. Trouble shooting is convoluted. The printer, when arrived, was externally packed well. Internally, the print head/carriage was not secure. Every other printer I've ever purchased secure theirs with tape, foam or some other method to prevent movement during shipping. One piece of tape securing the ADF. Very thin piece of foam separating the SDF/lid and the glass window. I award this printer 1 star, and rate it a would-not-recommend.

Very good so far only problem i have is it does not stay on line i have to turn on and off when i want to print. i haven't had time to contact HP to try and reslove issue

I've owned HP printers for 6 years. Based on my experience I reccomend anything but. After talking to in-store HP representative, looking at their HP instant ink perks, larger ink cartridge on this printer, I reluctantly decided to go with this printer thinking they surely ironed out kinks over the last 6 years and have a solid model. Hours after install it started giving me exact symptoms my older all in one printer had; constant connectivity issues despite being 10 feet from a high performance router in another room, scan to computer always dropping, HP proprietary network discovery acting strange, and errors printing. Tonight it just stopped. The screen was black and would not come up. The power button did not respond. I had to physically unplug it to restart. This piece of garbage is going back to the store so they can throw it in the trash and I'm taking my own advice and running away from HP.

I was looking for a printer with thumb drive capabilities, and wireless capabilities. I use this printer daily and it seems to be holding up just fine.

Had to replace our old HP printer with this one..... So far it’s been a great printer.....our old HP lasted 10 years...hope this one lasts.....

So far, so good. I wish it was fax capable. I probably just need to read the instruction booklet again.

I'm hoping this printer will work with my new phone. I havent set it up due to my broken wrist and recent hospitalization. But I was happy with this purchase.

Great at home printer that is Wi-Fi and you can also print from IOS from anywhere. Fantastic price.

Our previous printer died, so we saw this on the best buy web site, and it has everything we need, printer, scanner, copier, and fax. Exactly what we needed.

Product not built well, seems cheap. Lid too heavy. Screen display is too small. Paper jams when I try to do a 2 sided copy from tray. Not my best HP purchase but needed a printer as I was working from home during quarantine.

I'm enjoying my printer,I've only h a d it for 2 months, and it works really good. By me being in school it comes in handy. Thank you HP.

It’sa great machine, a bit noisy and clunky sounding for the price. And bigger than expected. Otherwise it’s working fine.
