Good printer for light use

Bottom line, it seems too light weight and delicate to make multiple copies, legal and letter; scan and print 2 sides etc. It offers all of these features, just not as my last HP was. Good printer for the price. Only had it a month....this may get worse. (Or better)

It did briefly, but now the wireless light on the front won’t even light up (blue or otherwise). I can’t seem to resolve the issue. I have a 4yr geek squad protection and can’t seem to get any phone help without upgrading my plan, so I may bring it back to them since it doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

Sometimes I can scan, most of the time I can't. I've been with HP for years and I will NEVER go with them again. They made this much, much harder to do and much, much less reliable.

I’m sorry that your printer and its software have performed so poorly for you. I can certainly understand why trouble with the HP Smart App as well as difficulty scanning would be an aggravating combination. I want to help you remedy these problems, so I’ll suggest some resources that I hope will guide you to that end.
First, I recommend that you follow a guide on our support site to installing and using the HP Smart App, especially the FAQ portion, which covers common questions as well as difficulties users have encountered. Find that guide here:
