    The printer prints well, but it is supposed to print wirelessly. It did briefly, but now the wireless light on the front won’t even light up (blue or otherwise). I can’t seem to resolve the issue. I have a 4yr geek squad protection and can’t seem to get any phone help without upgrading my plan, so I may bring it back to them since it doesn’t work. Very frustrating.

    We bought this in May and it's been nothing but trouble. Now it won't print because it won't accept new cartridges. i don't know how it got so many good reviews. We completely regret buying it.

    Wakes up when asleep & a document is sent to it. Also, remote scan control seems to work very well. I have had it about 1 1/2 months & no problems so far...
