Perfect home office printer for school, professional, running a household and small business with this one printer.

Printer will not work unless subscription is paid. Subscription is not just for ink but rent to allow pages to be printed. Be prepared that you have to pay the subscription to use printer or HP will block you printer from working.

This is the second HP inkjet printer I have purchased for daily use. It is a good, dependable printer with reasonable ink costs.

My old Brother printers were crap. Needed something simple and easy to set up. This is it. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought one of these. HP products have gotten cheaper and flimsier. This unit is no exception. It is a pain in the rear to operate. Parts break easily. It is not an intuitive machine to use. Bother the hardware and software have glitches and errors. trying to simply change paper into the paper tray is an ordeal. Updating software doesn't always go smoothly. The ink situation is ridiculous. It seems to evaporate on its own and all replacements cost your next electric bill's worth of drachma. I've had HP printers for over 15 years, I can seriously assert that i may not purchase another after using this quality deficient unit.

I only purchased this a few weeks ago; but I was pleasantly suprised at how easy it was to connect to my daughter's Chromebook.

Very disappointed and will be returning. The paper feed does not work when trying to scan to the computer from the printer. Found a way around that by going into the computer then hitting scan..no problem just a little more work....However if I scan more than 4 pages, some of the papers will scan upside down (I double check them when I put in printer that they are facing the correct way). So I then go in and "flip" the papers around individually and then they will not save. So I'm left with unprofessional products. I tried to get help with HP and that is not easy and they were not able to resolve the issue.

This printer works as advertised. I like the new features introduced with this model. Considering a second one for my remote office.

If you see "too complicated" in the user reviews these days, chances are you're looking at a "smart" printer--which is to say, HP wants you to download an app and track your data in order for this printer to work at full functionality. This, I've learned, is something that HP is doing across the board; I will be staying far away from HP printers for this reason. You can print via Wifi without the app, and you can copy or scan to a USB, but you cannot scan to your computer directly without the app, so you'll be running around back and forth with a USB if you don't plan on downloading the app. Besides that, the print speed is slow, the tray is super shallow and doesn't hold much paper, and the scan quality is subpar. Tl;dr: Sleek design, terrible functionality, marketed to look and sound a lot better than it is. Don't buy unless you are in the market specifically for a printer that works with "smart" functions and don't mind data collection. I am looking to return and replace it.

My go to printer when I need to fax scan or print!!! Hp is an excellent product for your home office!!!

this has been the best investment in a Printer. It does everything. Don't forget the HP plan that they offer. It is true value

Had my IT guys working for a day and a half to get the both the printer and scanner paired at the same time with a Dell laptop. Still no success. Attempt to exchange tomorrow under Protection Plan. More news to come

Printer itself pretty good but the HP app should have been better. There’s no scan both sides option on HP mobile app.

Great HP product but a bit more noisy and vibrates more than my previous 6000 series HP printer.

Except for lines running through color photos, it is a very nice printer. I am disappointed in the photos printed. Hope I can solve the problem.

I like this printer for the price it works well. However it does go through the ink though pretty fast

So far it is doing an excellent job in all of my printing needs. I would highly recommend this printer.
