Good printer, way above previous HP all in one. Was concerned it would lose connectivity like last one but its great.

Bought one, out of the box, cartridges wouldn't seat and therefore printer wouldn't run. Took it back, got another unit, cartridges seated but wouldn't communicate with printer. back in the box it goes, back to the store it goes, giving up on it I am.

overall a decent printer but paper gets jammed easily and very difficult to find and get unharmed

Barely lasted a year, it was quiet for the first few months abs lots of problems when we switched from HP ink to Generic Ink

Have had this for a while now with no problems. HP makes great printers. When I need another printer it will be a HP.

By far the best model for the dollar out there bar none. It's a real workhorse in my office as it's used everyday. No jams or smearing.

Everything came just as ordered and exactly on the delivery schedule. I ordered on a Saturday and received it on Tuesday.

no instructions- a bear to set up. No problems until the ink (on auto supply) ran out before it was supplied. Now am having problems restarting and reseating ink. I have had many HP Products this is the first one I have had problems with. Works good up to a point. I had to change PC's and then it put 2 accounts on file.

no problems .. ordered online excellent service with outside pickup delivery. Product works great as described

It was easy setting up, I didn't hook it to the Internet, it performs just fine.

Does everything I need,,.,Love it !! I really like the fax option for my customers who don’t like to use e-mail!

A great printer I purchased 2 for my offices. Of course different locations. The wireless setup was very easy. Also get the ink program.

I cannot give review on how the printer worked for the following reasons. Unit did not have a CD Rom nor a usb cable. Somehow I must have missed it in the specs. I liked the features but since I could not get it to connect to my PC, I returned it. A CD makes it much easier to download the software and connect to PC.

The printer is good but printing speed is slow from my expectation, Also, scaning is slow.

Fits my needs nicely! This printer is easy to use and prints well in bought black and white as well as color.

Does everything thing that my old OfficeJet Pro did with a much smaller footprint. I am very pleased with this quality printer.

Have had problems with Ink Cartridge Carriage. Had Carriage replaced once and it failed again.

I went through 3 others before finding what I needed. But this is the best one I have found. Double sided scanning, it's great.

It is an excellent printer. It works well and does not make a lot of operating noise.

So far this printer has worked great for my child's distance learning needs. The ink is sharp and looks profressional.
