I havent hooked up this printer yet...but read many reviews on line and am hoping it will perform well

Needed a printer more than ever with WFH. I use this way more than I thought I would. Great options for connecting.

Good quality print however the saner function is not compatible with windows 10 and requires geek squad installation of a windows application. I did not find this until after the end return time limit or I would have exchanged it for another product,

A big disappointment. Set up was difficult. used phone for initial set up, then needed to install again on PC, system has trouble finding the printer, even though it is the default. overall flimsty

Christmas gift. But friend has one too and this is a great printer for students.

I really like my printer. I would like to find a cover for it. Wish you sold the covers as well.

Love this printer. Dont sign up for the monthly fee for free ink.

HP has always been a great and reliable printer for me

I'm glad I went back to HP from Epson It was easier to install and I'm confident it will work better than the Epson.

As a previous owner of many Hewlett-Packard printers, the most recent a HP Envy Photo printer, I am accustomed to the high quality output that HP printers provide. I had never really considered the OfficeJet Pro line of printers as they are normally behemoths that provide a lot of bells and whistles but take up a lot of space. So when this printer arrived I was pleasantly surprised at it’s size. It can easily be placed on a small table and everything (paper supply, output, etc.) comes through the front of the printer, thus making it easy set up in smaller spaces. The unboxing involved the standard removal of protective tape and reading the quick set-up sheet to get the ink cartridges and paper in place. I downloaded the new (yes, use the new one if you want access to Smart Tasks) apps for the printer to enable all it’s functions ran through the initial set-up screens. The LED screen is a little on the small side, but it met all the items I required of it. Wireless set-up, which is the only way to use this printer, was simple and found my network easily. It completed registration, walked my through the “Instant Ink” procedures (which took a little longer than usual since I had to transfer from my previous HP printer) and was ready to go. I started by running through a copy of copies in the scanner, to include double-sided items. It pulled everything through the document feeder and scanned both sides without a hiccup. The print from the copies is clean and well defined. Colors matched well to the originals which made it hard to determine which was the copy, a great feat from an ink jet. Using the new Smart Tasks app makes printing from cloud based services, cellphones and web enabled services was easy and worked well. The printer has the ability “heal” it’s Wi-Fi feed to keep the best connection to complete your tasks. I never saw an issue, so I will have to take their word on it. The printer also has it’s own e-mail address which gives additional capabilities to print from virtually anywhere. It’s rated at 22 pages per minutes, and seemed pretty fast, although I did not put it through a typical office-type print job yet. The smaller footprint and ability to print from almost everywhere and from almost any device makes this an excellent printer for a home or small business. It’s bigger brother only adds separate or larger paper trays, so unless you need that capability this is the one to get. Excellent printing, good color and sharp text makes this a great buy. Just bought this. So far I am happy with this product. The instant ink makes it worth it to buy HP.

But tha app doesn't work. Printer prints nicely. However when you want to print something you can't. Never!! The device that you're using will never find the printer. What good is a printer if you can't print? HP really needs to fix this problem. I'm returning my printer today.

Printer took a lot longer than expected to set up. We are finally learning to use all its features.

I ordered this as a home printer for our General Counsel and he LOVES it! Being Alexa-enabled is really cool.

Easy to set up and use. All of the users in my family were able to connect to the printer without any difficulty.

This is a good printer for small businesses. You wont be spending a lot of money on ink cartridges

Had one before last about 1 and 1/2 years that is why I buy extended warranty
