    Nothing especial about it. Had to have tech come in and set it up and it was not easy and they couldn't do it over the phone. So I had to have a service call in which I had to pay for. Works all right and I will trade it in within the warranty period through Best Buy. Not really impressed.

    This printer is supposed to be an upgrade from our HP 8620 but this one feels much cheaper as far as how it is made. It also makes much louder noises when printing and ultimately feels more of a down grade. Maybe newer products are being made more cheaply, just my honest opinion.
