    Even with high speed internet, the printer had a lot of trouble discovering it and then it would get stuck on one screen and could not go forward. I had to exchange it for a different brand.

    I used to have a 8710 and a 8720 the previous generation before this and they worked perfectibility. With the 9015, I couldn't access the USB port for printing from flash drive because I kept the printer between my desktop tower and a few bins. Unlike the previous gen where the ports were front facing. Then there is the head ache of when i'm printing a big job and the printer. When it runs out of paper and I try to take out the tray to reload, the tray would get locked up. Same goes for when it finally stops and lets me take the tray out. When I put the try back in, the printer would then block the tray from receding back in. The only work around is to turn off the printer and hope the task resumes. Solution: This printer is not for big print task.
