The instructions for loading the ink cartridges were not concise. The illustration was unclear about lifting ( & how to lift the second screen, unclear.) to easily access the cartridges. Also, now that I have run the printer, the copies are excellent & quickly completed. However, the clunking & other unusual sounds coming from the printer as it begins the orders was of some concern to me. I assume the noisy sounds are normal? Again, the instructions need improvement.

Bought this HP 9015e to replace old HP 6500. The old printer was problematic failed prints, constant rebooting required and big issues with dropped Wi-Fi access. Was going to give up on HP but read reviews about this 9015e printer and decided to give HP another chance. Glad I did, this new 9015e is fantastic. Fast prints and scans and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. Highly recommend for work from home user or business.

It was fairly easy to connect our new HP OfficeJet Pro to wifi, the internet, computers and our phones. The printer is relatively easy to use both from it's screen and/or from my MAC. I haven't use my phone to initiate printing yet. I like the option of double sided copies both from scanning and copying. It's a great way to save on paper. I really like that printing is much faster with my new HP even though use is for my home office. I haven't printed pictures and I know there's more to learn about the use of my new HP but so far I've been happy.

The printer is exactly as described, it’s quick and efficient. The set up was a breeze, you will not be disappointed

Easy to set up, easy to use and the print is clear…..

Easy to use all-in-one, with excellent Instant Ink plan that eliminates the expensive, frequent annoyance of having to spend a fortune on ink cartridges. Only issue is that the first one I took home was defective, necessitating a delay and inconvenience that requires me to provide only four stars. Other minor criticism is that the touch screen is very small and a bit difficult to use when changing paper sizes

The printer was easy to setup. It replaced my officejet 8600 and has performed very well.I am pleased with ease of operation and final printing job.

This printer has been great so far... I chose it because it is one of the only ones I could find with a usb port for a thumbdrive. It does connect wirelessly but I did opt for the suggested cable to connect to my laptop top ($10) because my wifi is not always stellar. Great buy!!

I upgraded to this printer after my old Envy died. My wife had started teaching and really needed a faster printer. Really wanted the instaink option, that i had come to love with my envy. Fast wireless printing, picture printing is just as good as the envy and the ink cartridges have high capacity and are so easy to change.

Seems fine but have not given it a chance to fail as I have had it about a month. Now heading into a high usage part of the year. Ink loading was a bit challenging. Print quality is excellent and print speed is adequate for my small business application.
