This is a great printer. It makes good copies. This machine prints fast. It is easy to set up

I upgraded to this printer after my old Envy died. My wife had started teaching and really needed a faster printer. Really wanted the instaink option, that i had come to love with my envy. Fast wireless printing, picture printing is just as good as the envy and the ink cartridges have high capacity and are so easy to change.

Easy to set up, love the capability of printing from your phone, scanning is easy, great quality of the print and over all so quiet!!!!

This printer is easy to use and easy to set up the price was great I will not buy another printer except for one just like this.

The printer/copier is an excellent printer for the the home user. Easy to set up, prints very good quality color photo's as well as letters. Characters have crisp edges, almost laser quality. The Instant Ink program works well with moderate printing amounts. Overall excellent quality, I woulf buy another.

Great interface, fast printing, fast scanning. (Full-duplex scanning.) Had it jam a twice where it was printing many double-sided slides with lots of ink. I'm wondering if the paper was a little wet possibly. So I am concerned if it happens again. But for now, everything else works as advertised. I'm not totally convinced about the auto-ordering HP plan for the inks so I'll know better after a few months of usage and refills.

I'd rather my clients get a laser, but there are none available for under $400, so this was a good alternative. They needed automatic scan and print duplexing, and this inkjet is pretty quick to spit out pages in a good quality. I really don't care for HP demanding an account, and their locked-in ink supply, but there wasn't much alternative, and they were okay with that.

I really have nothing bad to say about this printer. It's fast, quiet and delivers a high quality print, both color and black and white. Picture (photo) quality is natural lifelike and sharp. The set up was easy and the phone interface is easy to work with. Could have been five stars except for a few things. First, there's no way to darken the printed copy. It prints somewhat light. Second, there are no directions. I got an envelope jam (my fault) and could not easily find a way to get it out. I had to go through a lot of guessing, and even may have upset the ink position in the cartridge, trying to find a way into the internals of the machine. I had to do a lot of pulling at the chassis to find where the hinges were for the various parts, like cover, cartridge compartment, interior wheels etc. A simple pictorial of how to solve minor issues would have been nice. Still, the printer itself is a solid buy and I like it -- a lot.

My new HP Inkjet Printer is easy to use and produces great documents.

Seems fine but have not given it a chance to fail as I have had it about a month. Now heading into a high usage part of the year. Ink loading was a bit challenging. Print quality is excellent and print speed is adequate for my small business application.

I love this All-in-one printer. I did not like the Geek Squad answer when I called to resolve the issue of not being able to scan. They wanted to charge me $199 just to solve the issue. That is more than half the price of the printer. I called the local store where i purchased it. They told me it was past 14 days and I have to call the manufacturer. It took Daniel at HP to solve the issue in 20 minutes at no charge.
