Overall, very good printer. Very fast. East setup. Picture quality is great. So far so good.

I had the printer 5days. Everything was working well. The printed pages came out nice. On the 5th day, I had a paper jam. I cleared it and when I printed again the same thing happened .I got in touch with HP support. After trying several things the paper jam could not be fixed, The printer now wants to do a printer align which means another printed page which will jam. I cant get by this so the printer is unusable. I have to send the printer back to them and they are sending me a new printer The printer now wants to do a printer align which means another printed page which james. We have used HP printers for many, many years. We haven’t had to use this one that much since we purchased the printer. But, so far, so good. We did get it on sale, which made this an easy choice. I will say that the set up was very easy and quick. The only frustrating issue was trying to get past the “ink refill” program on the app.

best in home printer we have ever owned. It is a workhorse with two work from home adults and three kids in school! Ink lasts a good bit - we encourage the kids to remember to use black and white vs color for stuff, but overall it is a good buy!

Upgraded our printer because our other printer went out suddenly. So far the quality has been good, the production rate is fairly quick for our needs, and we are pleased with our purchase. Have not not printed any photos on quality paper yet, so have no comment on that. Set up was a breeze with the HP app, and most things can be printed quickly on the run from anywhere.

This is one impressive printer. It was very easy to install, has lots of great features and it prints incredibly fast! The print quality is excellent as well.

I bought this as a replacement for the HP OfficeJet 8710, which had installation and intermittent print quality issues from the start. The 9015 installation went smoothly and was much easier and faster than the 8710 installation. And so far it has been working with no problems (have had it a month and use it daily). One handy feature is scanning/copying from 2-sided originals.

Great printer, perfect all-in-one for work from home use. Quality is spot on, quick printing speed, scanner is great. I use with the HP app and it's intuitive, easier to use, especially with multiple HP printers at different locations. Has a generous paper supply hold as well.

Excellent responsive service at Best Buy. HP printer easy to install using clear instructions and took a few minutes. The HP app is awesome and like the paper purchase and feature that automatically alerts HP a need for paper. Much better than a Canon i bought recently

Excellent printer, prints fast and cleanly. IF you want to use this for photos use the HP app and select the highest quality or else the prints wont be acceptable. I signed up for the ink subscription and found it to be a great value and convenience.

Needed a replacement for HP Officejet 8600 Pro, mainly due to ink issues and overwhelming cost. Wanted to enroll in HP Instant Ink to save money on cartridges and for the convenience. So far, print quality is fast and excellent with the starter cartridges, and have already received my first shipment of Instant Ink. Early experience has been good and expect to continue for years to come. Side note...always use HP cartridges. You may try to save money, but in the end have to buy a new printer.
