I used geek squad for help on install and they helped greatly. Will see how printer performs in the long haul. My old hp printer is resting after 18 years .

9015e does its job well

My last HP printer was fabulous and long lasting and I was advised that this new printer was going to be like my last. I have only had it for a few weeks but I find it to be easy to use and versatile. The print is clear, I like the double sided copies, color is good. Yet to use some of the features. I project I will be very happy with the 9015e printer.

The printing is very fast, crisp and clear with vibrant color. My only hesitation is with the scanning function as there doesn't seem to be a way to scan directly to pdf (only image formats like jpg). Other than that, though, I'm pretty satisfied.

A long time HP user

Buying a printer these days has a few more twists and turns than in the past. I wasn't expecting that. The printer itself seems to be fine.

It works quickly and has excellent print quality. The only thing I would change is for the output tray to extend further out.

Good Print Quality

If this had been my first I might not have bought another one. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind the noise. It bothers me .
