While I really like this printer, after a month of using, it was stuck on a false paper jam. Best Buy exchanged it for a new 9015e with no hassle, and the new one is working just fine. Would recommend Best Buy and their Total Tech program. Very helpful. Also recommend this printer

Easy to set up the hardware but the software install was long and tedious to install. Finding the printers password was a challenge. It’s a major upgrade from my previous printer. Quality is good and scanning was easy and quick.

Pros Solid printer. Easy to setup utilizing the hp app. Fair price Prints quickly and quietly Cons BE careful of the HP bloat ware I do not like the fact HP is monitoring your print and scan jobs. Other thoughts: I did not opt for the instant ink service so I am using other cartridges with this.

This printer cost more than what I wanted to pay but is well worth the price. It was the only one in stock. It has 3 cartridges for color instead of 1 cartridge for all colors. This is my first time where the new cartridges have been delivered to my door instead of trying to purchase them in the store. The printing quality is good. The copying is easy to do. I can scan and send it to email. So far this is a very good printer.

I had an original Hewlett-Packard 8600 series that this office jet pro 9015 E replaced. The improvements with this model are that the control panel is a lot easier to read and a lot more intuitive, the paper loading tray is much better, and the automatic document feeder on the top for scanning works a little better. Overall, the system has some improvements like doing a firmware update as soon as you connected to Wi-Fi, the capability to use Apple devices to print directly to it, and its overall smaller footprint and better construction. I will say that there is a lot of plastic in this item but as long as you’re not manhandling it, it should work just fine. I’ve been extremely happy with this so far and I did get an extended warranty through Best Buy just in case. This will be my small office home office printer for the next couple of years for sure.

Setup was a breeze ans it prints much faster than my old printer, plus you can use your phone to print too!

One of the best printers that I have owned. Everything works seamlessly. I had to download the HP scanning app separately to get better control of my scans and that is the only con that I can think of but the auto mode is great if you don’t need control

Pleased with this HP 9010 Pro Printer. Took a some time to get connections to perfect, but the results are quite pleasing. For a printer, it’s an attractive piece of an equipment on my work space. It’s pretty in action, too!

The HP 9015e was purchased to replace another HP of 8 years. Found HP printers are excellent in the quality of print and color and the easy of replacing the ink cartridges. Even the print speed have improved dramatically from my previous model. Would surely purchase another as they improve the features.

Working fast Nice quality Kinda noisy but working good
