Easy to set up and use. Very quiet compared to other printers. Prints nice and fast.

Great price, easy to set up, prints fast with good quality. HP Instant Ink is a little confusing. I might cancel after the free trial. This all-in-one printer is great for home use. My wife has become an at-home Mom-Teacher so she uses it regularly with no problems! Scanning is very easy and simple too!

This is my first time using an HP product. I must say that I'm impressed with the quality. Very high tech with great features. I was considering purchasing my usual Canon product but decided to give HP a try. Really glad I did.

This is an upgrade from an older HP we had for many years. This one is so much quieter and faster. Print appears sharper and more defined. Really like the different print options; ie, ID card printing...

After recently replacing the ink cartridges in my previous HP all your n one duplex printer, the printhead died. It was more expensive to replace the printhead than to get a new printer. This one has similar features with some improvements. The duplexes for 2 sided printing appears to be internal with no rear protrusion. It seems to be a bit faster and the quality is the same. You can direct print from an iPhone or iPad either thrushes WiFi network or directly to the printer using the supplied code it was on sale so the price was good plus by turning in the old printer for recycling, there was an additional discount. The only downside is that it uses a different cartridge (962 vs 950) so my almost full recently installed cartridges in the old printer were of no use. Perhaps some can explain why a new printhead is more expensive than a new printer.

Great item worth a 5 star rating. easy to use and worth every penny, What impressed me the most was the cutomer support. From the very start a live person picks up the phone and takes over the installion process from start to finish.

This replaced an older HP printer. It has all the features I need, although I don’t use or need a fax. It’s compatible with instant ink and that was important. Easy setup and WiFi is easy to use.

Awesome printer, make sure you understand the whole instant ink deal which I used with my last printer and enjoyed not having to worry about ink and always and some. This printer is faster better then the last HP it replaces and totally happy.

Great multifunction printer. Good quality photo prints for the price, and very easy setup.

We had to replace our old HP printer due to a failed printer head. That printer was only 4 years old. We hope to get better service out of this one. We rarely print something so aren't sure why the other HP printer gave it up. This one was fast and easy to set up just like the previous one. Now give me my points Best Buy and stop blowing up my in box.

Purchased this printer to replace a six year old HP Office Jet, and so far so good. Not too different than my previous one, though the setup and software is a little smoother than I expected. Overall a solid printer that's getting the job done.

My old HP printer finally quit after about 10 good years, so I had to go with HP again. This new printer was affordable, has all the features I was looking for and was easy to set up. So far, it is working great.
