Easy set up. Quiet printing. Ink lasts much longer than the HP 7200 series.

Great item worth a 5 star rating. easy to use and worth every penny, What impressed me the most was the cutomer support. From the very start a live person picks up the phone and takes over the installion process from start to finish.

Awesome printer, make sure you understand the whole instant ink deal which I used with my last printer and enjoyed not having to worry about ink and always and some. This printer is faster better then the last HP it replaces and totally happy.

Printer is good value, especially with price matching and trade-in of old printer. Produces good quality color and black/white documents and photo. Easy to install and use with simple menus. Major issue is it's noisy and seems cheap quality plastic.

Bought this printer as a replacement of our older Office Jet 8700. The installation went very smooth almost seamless, the product offers better quality than our previous model and the quick availabilty and value provided by Best Buy made this purchase an excellent decision.

Purchased this printer to replace a six year old HP Office Jet, and so far so good. Not too different than my previous one, though the setup and software is a little smoother than I expected. Overall a solid printer that's getting the job done.

Very easy to set up and connect to wifi! Kind of noisy but is good quality.

It was easy to set up...it prints really well. I love the scanner it was easy to put my thumb drive in and scan what I needed to it and was able to pull it up on my computer. The light on it when not in use is not bothering. I am really happy with my purchase

Solid wireless printer. Easy to hookup and install. Would buy again if needed.

Good all around printer, simple to figure out, took a bit to get my laptop to connect to it, but it finally did. Could not get the WiFi scan to work. Needed to run printer maintenance a few times to eliminate smudges in the print.

I already miss my HP8610 which had a longer tray to receive printouts and a sturdier paper tray that didn't have cute little fingers at the back which means the tray has to be inserted just right. Other than that, the printer has been working well and hopefully will last five years like the last printer did.

The wide variety of features is good. The plastic paper tray sometimes hangs up when returning it closed. Compared to the 8600 unit that this one replaces, the 9015 seems to be made of cheaper plastic and is less sturdy overall.

So far so good with this high quality and fast printer. Super easy to use too.

My old HP printer finally quit after about 10 good years, so I had to go with HP again. This new printer was affordable, has all the features I was looking for and was easy to set up. So far, it is working great.
