Great printer for home use. Easy to set up and print and scan functions are easy to use. Easy to print remotely from your phone or I pad.

The printer works as advertised. Pages print quickly, colors are great. We like our new printer. 1 exception - the tray where the printed paper comes out is not long enough to fit the 8.5 x 11 paper.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e was easy to set up and is straightforward to use. I bought an Epson a few days before and even loading the ink cartridges was confusing and frustrating. I immediately returned it and got the HP instead. I used my previous HP printer for 12 years.

Printer has great color. Set up was a nightmare. Apparently some program changing made it impossible to set up the printer. HP customer service was amazing! Stayed on top of my issue, and resolved it. Keeping me in the loop. Love the fact that I don’t have to buy cartridges of ink. Their printing program is wonderful so far!!

Good printer with lots of extra features which are not easy to set up. No good information is provided for the user to take advantage of all the features that the printer is capable of. Even the HP support technicians do not know all the features are unable to provide good help. I would opt for a simpler device.

I would give it a five star, but this printer was for my mother and she has had issues getting it installed. She’s not very tech savvy and the way you install HP now makes it harder for older people.  The printer itself is a great product.

I am extremely happy with this printer. As the assistant from the store assured me, it was very easy to install it. It works great!!!! I would recommend it for college students.

Bought this printer because of dual siding scanning, faster holds more paper easy to use. I would've rated overall rating to a 4 if not a 5 if the flatbed was able to scan photos and documents without blemish. Was in contact directly with HP several times for guidance. Finally after the 4th phone call the tech and I were able to determine it is a hardware problem. I then discovered a driver was released the end of June 2022. Made an attempt to load driver, unsuccessfully. Once again called HP for guidance. Call me HP gave me heartburn. Warning, warning, warning. Hence I have returned this printer.

We honestly dont know what we did before this little workhorse. It’s so convenient to print from our phones since it’s connected to our wifi. Our little one has color-in pages printed on the fly.

I bought this to replace another HP All in One that was over ten years old. I have been very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the copies is great. I have had the copier for several months now and have had no issues.

Very easy to set up. I already had the Smart HP app for my old printer so I just had to do the quick setup on the new printer and the app located it. Prints quickly. It is a little loud but there is an option to print quieter (basically prints slower).
