easy setup, multitude of apps, does it all from our computer screen or directly from the printer (your choice) it's fast, provides good quality printing in B&W or Color and photos.....lightweight, pretty small compared to our older HP 8610 & fairly quite while printing.....good price too!

Printer was very easy to set up. I had to call HP to set up scan to email them and other than that printer it is a five star printer. My only gripe is the paper feed only holds a small amount of paper but I will recommend to family and friends.

We bought this printer as a replacement for an old inkjet that was well beyond its shelf life. The prints are crisp with no discoloration or streaking, and the wifi printing functionality is awesome. Setup was easy and has been working well since.

Plug and play. Easy set up to print. Scanner was more difficult. Had to reach out to HP and select certain drivers for download (not the one hp123 pushes as recommended). After hiccup, works like a dream.

I have two of these printers! After purchasing one for home, I had to purchase one for my classroom because it is an exceptional printer and does everything I need it to do and more!

This printer is perfect for our needs. We scan many documents and do a good amount of printing also. It can handle both functions and is also very user friendly. Set up was quick and cartridge change was also very easy.

Much faster than my old 6500A. Great connectivity-Maintains WiFi connectivity and AirPlay capability without issues. A bit of work to get HP Smart to replicate all the printer control features the old software had. Very irritated with the constant barrage of Ink Program refill offers while setting up the printer and software.

Ease of setup - quality print of documents and pictures

I own a business and needed a printer that is reliable. I purchased this item and have not had a single issue with it. Unheard of for a printer! I would highly recommend this printer.

This is by far the best printer that I have used, and I have used several brands over the years. This is the easiest one to use and it works best on all levels. HP was my very first print when I got my first PC. I don't know why I tried all the other brands.

So far so good. Easy to install. Follow all the prompts carefully. Not sure yet about the need to join an ink update program thru HP. I signed up for the cheapest - 99 cents per oath. They monitor the ink levels and send refills as needed. We'll see how that works. But the printer is just fine, as expected.
