Makes a good bit more noise than my older model whose printer head broke down. Needed a printer right away and replacing the old printer head would have been costly and time consuming. The printing is very good quality and very easy to install its wireless capabilities.

Bought to replace its previous model, Office Jet Pro 8600, which died after nine years. The 8600 was heavier plastic housing, heavy duty paper tray with metal supports, an output tray that sat in a straight line from the print job being pushed out the front. It was strong and allowed the paper to come forward all the way out of the printer, sit flat, had a strong edge to stop the ejected print job so it stayed on the tray. A seven pound cat could sit on it and not break it. This has a a tray to catch the print job that is at least three inches shorter than an 8.5 x11 piece of paper and has a stop angled out and up. This means that not only does the paper stop not stop the page to keep it in a pile on the printer, but it allows the ejected printed sheet to shoot up and over the angled lip creating a nice pile of scattered documents on the floor. If the pages were not numbered, good luck. Tray that hold blank paper has no rear end so paper moves around and does not sit solid and tight to be fed. Print cartridge door is flimsy and doesn't fit snuggly.

Was very unsure of which printer to go with, but HP was recommended by a fellow teacher and it has been wonderful. It is a perfect size and handles everything I need to do. Will always purchase HP printers in the future.

Good printer for relatively okay price if a good printer is needed.

It’s OK it does the job but it’s very slow. It’s pretty loud and shakes and I feel like the printing quality could even be better.

Don’t buy this over priced piece of junk hp office jet pro 9010 e series printer. It doesn’t work right out of the box. It says that the brand new printer cartridges that came with it in the box may leak which isn’t the case. I watered my time with hp support in India. 7-10 days to replace this is unacceptable s as no I’m not paying for expedited shipping for hp’s mistakes. I will be returning this to Best Buy or exchanging it for a better non hp printer

I love the printer, it was suggested to me by my sister. I’ve been working from home since March and my other printer was using too much ink. I live the ink program included with this printer.

I am coming from a Brother printer that is pushing 10 years old at this point. It held up well over time but I was due for a more modern upgrade. Initial setup of this HP Officejet Pro was quick and easy. The mobile application and Windows HP Smart software was easy to use, and I had my printer connected to my wireless network and Google Drive in minutes. Prints are crisp, clear, and fast. I also noticed that this unit works fairly quietly, which is nice. Scanning features are great, and easy to perform with the mobile app, save as a pdf, and email without having to use a computer. The computer software is also full-featured, but it is convenient to control everything from a phone in front of the printer as well. Options and settings can be changed on the fly without walking back and forth to your computer. The touchscreen interface on the printer is quick and easy, reminds me of an older Android phone, it works well. Overall I am happy with this printer and would recommend it to anyone running a small business, or just needs a step up in quality and features for overall home use.

First, the device MUST be fully setup (involving HP sign-up) before you can print. Secondly, you MUST order the ink cartridge from HP otherwise the printer is rendered useless. Third, if one of the colored inks are depleted, it won't let you print. See attached images, disappointing
