A great printer that does it all, quickly!

This printer replaced an old printer; it is very fast and quiet. It does everything expected. My only regret is the install software had to be downloaded from the internet and HP rather than being supplied with the printer.

Pretty good so far. Good printer for the price. Had to uninstall software than re install for everything to work right. But after that it works as advertised.

The printer seems to be working well and a good value for the money. My only concern is that it is very light weight and the paper tray is pretty flimsy.

Owned e prior HP OfficeJets, this one, the 9015e, is the best of the lot! Almost changed brands, but resisted and am very pleased! Setup, interface with my established HP account made new printer swapout a thing of ease and enjoyment! Instant Ink bonus on top of existing Instant Ink account is another good bet!

Great printer. Only thing we do not like is where the paper comes out. The drawer is not long enough and the paper curls back on itself

I want to say it makes a lot of noise that I wasn’t expecting for the price tag. I always buy HP and I upgraded from a 9500 all in one to this but I don’t think I’m happy with it at all. Cheap parts and sounds like it’s gonna break every time I print.

It has all of the features of my previous printer which took-up more space and was heavier than this one. I haven't had it long but I've tried all of the features and uses. Very pleased with all uses.

Fast, clean, and absolutely easy to set up. But it has been going offline for unknown reasons requiring poeer cycling at the outlet.

Great printer! Set up was easy. Photo printing is great, scanner is great, color printing is great, regular black and white is great! Printing from the app is awesome! I already got my ink delivered so I’ll be set when I’m low on ink! Super happy with my purchase!!!!

Excellent for general printing and reports. Sheet fed scanner works well but only up to 300dpi - need to use manual scan if want higher resolution. Only 4 stars because photo printing even on photo paper not that good from my experience. Was somewhat difficult to connect to my asus router until i forced the connection to 2.4ghz, then worked fine. Remote printing works as well. I subscribed to the HP ink plan which is free for the first six months. Happy with it so far. Overall very pleased with the printer and would recommend as long as you're not trying to print dazzling photos.

A terrific printer! I had the earlier version, and this one is even better -- particularly the dual-sided scanning function. The InstantInk subscription is handy (and actually saves money!).

So far, this printer is one if the best ive ever owned. Its a little overkill for a small home office setup and i dont print often, but, when i do, this printer does a great job. Print quality is great. Speed is great. Ink usage is conservative which is great. Initial setup was a breeze.

As always, HP printers are the best!!! Easy to install, reasonably priced. Geek Squad is usually available and most are very knowledgeable. I have had some that were not helpful and I had to be referred to other Agents.

Instank can be a little tricky to setup and get you gift card added since there's no instructions on how to do that. You also need to have the printer on everyday for Instaink or you'll get a nasty email Printer is very fast vs my older HP multi function.

Paying for Total Tech Support is Not Worth It

I am satisfied with the product but very dissatisfied with the help I got as a Total Tech member, which was nil. It was very difficult to contact anyone. When I finally got someone on "chat," she told me to return the item to the store instead of giving me any help. (The store is 15 miles from my house.) The next person didn't know what to say. I couldn't reach anyone by phone. I have written a letter to Best Buy, sent by USPS to both corporate headquarters and to the local store, and received no reply to my concerns in over a month. I have been a regular Best Buy customer over the years. No longer.

This is my 3rd or 4th HP all-in-one. I print a lot of greeting cards besides other printing. I literally wear the poor things out. My new on is doing an excellent job for me.
