Great printer for a home office

The printer was easy to set up & has new features that are a bonus . The speed of making copies is much faster than the 8600. Its agood choice for a hone printer

Great printing, copying and scanning. I like that it may be connected to my router either wirelessly or as I prefer an Ether Cable. 6 months of free ink is another benefit.

Good but not perfect

However I declined the "free" ink because I dislike the idea of HP having any control over my machine. I think that's a deceptive deal.

Excellent Printer

My new printer has been great My old HP printer lasted 12 years and my new printer is off to a great job. Looking forward to a long lasting service.

Good Printer / Slight connection issue.

I like the 6 months of Instant Ink included with purchase.

Would have liked to see it come in a darker color. Be patience when it starts up. It can take a bit for the printer to warm up and print. Display screen is very small.

Great for small office use

Doesn't take much space and prints pretty quick. You can even print over wifi when you're not near it.

It produces excellent quality printing both in color and B & W. It is fast and much better responding than the last brand I owned. It was well worth the price I paid for it.

So much so, in fact, that I'd rather be printing from this machine rather than my Color Laser.

He also explained the Best Buy insurance protection plan. He spent a lot of time with with me explaining the differences between the printers. The printer was very easy to set up using HP app which Carter told me about.

So far so good except for 1 freeze

Donesn't feel as premium build but I like the simplicity of the design and setup. Print quality is the usual HP print quality for water based ink.

Another reliable HP AIO Printer

Installation was mostly straightforward, as was connecting to my home network. I have had a problem when trying to scan but have been able to work through it with online support; I actually think it’s more HP’s app having an issue rather than the actually device. Overall this new printer is a good product. I really like the Instant Ink service (I also had it with my previous printer) and not having to worry about running out of ink. I also appreciate that I was able to recycle my old printer with Best Buy.
