So far so good except for 1 freeze which may have been due to a power outage. Donesn't feel as premium build but I like the simplicity of the design and setup. Print quality is the usual HP print quality for water based ink.

It’s definitely a must have in every household. Easy to use and with all the features it has the potential to do way more than its expectation

I haven't had the opportunity to test all features yet, but of the ones I have used, I'm 100% satisfied. So much so, in fact, that I'd rather be printing from this machine rather than my Color Laser.

When it comes to printers and all in one units, I prefer laser over ink jet. However, my mother-in-law did not want to spend the money for the Hewlett-Packard laser all in one, and I had been looking for an inexpensive all in one that was very user-friendly. I was happy to find out that this unit was as user-friendly as the more expensive laser all in ones. The print quality is as good as inkjet printers get with regard to text and general graphics. I have not done any photo printing so cannot comment on it. For a home office this would be a good choice if you cannot afford the Hewlett-Packard laser format in an all in one unit.

Wow this printer is fast, I use to think my old printer was just ok but since I upgraded man was I wrong. If it wasn't for the scan on the fax machine going out I'd wouldn't have bought this machine. But it is what it is, and I'm glad I did buy HP 9015 it prints pages so fast I'm in a wow state.

This printer is great for anyone with a small business the hp printer goes great with the hp computer and it orders it own ink before you run out so you never have to worry about running out of ink and you can concentrate on running your business instead

This seems good and replaced an HP multipurpose device before it. It's a little frustrating that these break after awhile, hopefully this one lasts longer. Frustrated that the ink format changed from my last one to this one.

I purchased this printer to replace my old printer. My new printer has been great My old HP printer lasted 12 years and my new printer is off to a great job. Looking forward to a long lasting service.

I was a little concerned about buying a new printer, because I wasn't sure if it would be easy to install, but the prompts were very helpful, and I was anle to set up the printer.

The printer is everything I had hoped for. I had a working printer that I did not like and used lots of ink. I am now happy with a printer that works well and is easy on the ink.

Let me start with, I hate printers. I bought this based on reviews and hoped for the best. I have been pleasantly surprised. It was easy to set up, good print quality and so far no problems. Even after a number of large print jobs.

I love this printer. It's fast, quiet and doesn't use hardly any ink. My old printer would have to clean the print heads every time I used it which wasted ink. This one doesn't do that. Plus I signed up for instant ink and never have to worry about order ink again.

This store does not have printer ink for this new printer so we went to office max store to buy right ink. We are happy with this new printer.

This printer does it all. I had for about 2 months and love it. Cartridges last a long time. Purchased it to replace HP 4630 printer lasted many years. HP is the BEST

I replaced my old HP all-in-one InkJet with this new one. Installation was mostly straightforward, as was connecting to my home network. I have had a problem when trying to scan but have been able to work through it with online support; I actually think it’s more HP’s app having an issue rather than the actually device. Overall this new printer is a good product. I really like the Instant Ink service (I also had it with my previous printer) and not having to worry about running out of ink. I also appreciate that I was able to recycle my old printer with Best Buy.

I replaced a HP Office Jet Pro 8600 which I brought back in 2010 and it finally quit working. I replaced it with HP Office Jet Pro 9015E which is the newer version. So far it works as described. Easy to set up. Hope I can get 12 years out of it

It was time for a more professional all-purpose printer. It’s been awhile since I had a HP printer. I was amazed at how well this printer performed. The set-up was easy, it is fast,accurate, and I only wish I purchased sooner. It also is very good with photos. I could not be happier.

Great multi-function printer, copier, scanner and fax with dual sided feeder and printing capability. Speed is great and this is everything I need in a printer

Printer is easy to use. It took a little longer to set up than expected. Printer must be closer to router than was expected (info from others) - otherwise would have purchased a printer a little smaller in size.
