Solid product, easy directions for quick setup. Only thing that really got us was how quick it uses the ink cartridges - be prepared there.

This is the second HP 9015e that I have purchased. Absolutely fabulous. Quiet, very fast, doesn't make mistakes, even in scan mode.. Can't miss buying this printer - plus, sign up for the ink. Incredible.

This printer works very good especially printing from my iPhone and you get 6month free printer ink the color print is great and doing two sided copies is quick and easy to do

Do far it is performing like it should. Set up was interesting since I had instant ink on the one I was replacing. Instant ink is a good desk for us. While the printer is excellent, the HP website is juvenile for such s big company. The Best Buy crew was their usual great.

Thia is a dull featured and reasonably priced all in one. Setup is relatively easy. Printing,copy and scanning work well. I haven't yet tried faxing. The wireless printinf is a nice feature.

Nice upgrade from my 15 year old HP OfficeJet Pro. Like the top feeder for scans, nice print quality and fast prints. Impressed with picture quality when using HP Photo paper. Also like being able to print from my iPhone using the HP Smart app.

This item is a vast improvement to our earlier HP All-in-One Inkjet printer, which often smeared print-outs of the first page, requiring us to reprint first pages a lot. The new system responds almost instantly to print commands and provides high-quality imagery.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Trouble scanning from printer but workaround is to initiate the scan from the desktop app.

This printer was easy to set up. The document feed makes scanning as uper easy. I love thst I can name my file before saving it.

I just got this printer about two weeks ago & it’s definitely the best purchase I have ever made. Love how Modern it looks! It goes perfect with my room decor. The printer itself was very easy to set up and it’s so easy to print stuff from my phone as well as my laptop.

I absolutely love this printer I’m able to print from my phone my computer I’m able to send links to family members to where they can use the printer to print off belongings were able to scan Documents and fax this was definitely worth the money

If you want just a printer, this is not for you. If you want a scanner, this definitely is not for you. If you just want a printer, buy something smaller that will take up less space. This thing is giant and will only print about 80% of the time. Other times you have to reboot it. It will only scan about 5% of the time. The rest of the time the HP Smart software just says that "Scanning is Unavailable" and redirects you to the Import or Camera "features" - which just means taking a picture with your phone. Save the money and space in your home and just download a scanner app instead of buying this. On the rare occasion that the scanner does work, the auto-feeder jams easily and there is zero chance of scanning more than about 5 pages at a time. Photo printing quality is sub-par. The ink is very expensive. All-around just a very frustrating product.

I would buy this printer again. It prints fast with nice print. I like that HP offers auto ink service. I mostly print from the internet and scanning documents.

This 9015e HP printer is almost identical to the 9012 I had before. Both printers have excellent printing capabilities. I do wish it was a little quieter when printing.
