Has met all of my needs in a compact efficient design. I’ve been pleased with the HP smart interface. My only complaint with the unit is it runs a bit loud, but that is a minor issue.

My 5 year old HP printer (7740) was forgetting it was in my network, then went out of support date. Should be good now for five more years !

Totally easy set up with an app or just get on the same WiFi and you’re ready to print from any device. Scans documents either single page or a stack that self feeds, super easy and user friendly. Copies stacks of papers quickly with no mistakes or jams. Easy for my kids to use printer, scanner, and copy features. Clear, crisp lines, and nice color match up so far. Holds quite a bit of paper for a personal use printer. This may be the only printer I have not wanted to throw out the window! Definitely recommend!!

It is difficult to pull out the paper tray and once out it is impossibke to set it at 8.5 x 11 in paper. The paper slides snd pulls multiple pages through. I felt they tried to trick me into signing up for the print program which I DO NOT want to be careful when registering. This only gets a 2 star, I am not able to have it print double sided. All the specs say it does, but am unable to set this up. I've had it 3 months but will probably return if not too late.

First, I just checked the manual for this model, and (as you point out in your review) it does have an automatic duplex feature.
