Not Totally Happy

Scanning is slow, don’t know if it’s the printer or the HP Smart software. It also takes twice the steps to add additional pages to a scan as my old scanner HP8620 that we had for 5 yrs. But it was either $160 for a new print head that would maybe last a couple more years or a new printer/scanner. Probably should have returned it for a different model but time ran out… :-/

Great usually but sometimes have to restart

Suits My needs!

The 9015e fit perfectly and has a bright tiltable touch screnn for easy access. Nice copier/scanner, however it is a bit louder then I expected.

Plastic, but Great Quality

The drop down cover is surprisingly thin and flimsy. HOWEVER, it seems to be doing a very nice job. Print quality is GREAT and it is QUICK. Setup was straightforward.
