This is a good printer for in home use. It is a bit more than necessary for home use, but it is faster than many home printers. I would call this a light to medium duty office printer. Works well.

Printer functions very good. It performs all-in-one features very well, but is pretty loud. The ink is expensive as with most printers.

I’m still adjusting to it. It is noisy — more so than my previous printer. Prints well . Had to get our resident IT person to set if up fully, which he did. Now I can go to menu and find what area I need to learn more thoroughly. So far so good. One of my special colleagues here at our 800 resident retirement community has a previous version — One step below mine— is slightly more experienced = she loves hers! All sold out — so I’m learning!!

This printer is just the right size and can do it all. The only thing I would mention is that the paper output tray (that catches the printed job) does NOT automatically extend when you press "print." You must manually extend it each and every time (or keep in extended all the time). The previous HP model I had of the Envy did automatically extend, so not sure why a newer model doesn't. Otherwise, a great printer!

    Good machine - when working

Been a fan of the HP units with the integration of HP Smart Print and the ease of use. Very simple setup and as close to plug and play as it will get...prior to issues. Issue comes from HP's firmware updates as they seem to break their own printers. Worked fine for two days and then spent close to 4 hours trying to get it to connect back to computer and get rid of the blue error screen that would come back after about 5 minutes. Acted like it was online but was undiscoverable to any computer or device on the same network - even after restarting. Not a fan of how they continuously push HP+ as a subscription during setup and use either. When working it is a good machine. Document feeder could be faster but has good print speed and quality. For the price point it makes for a good desk printer. Had it not been for the firmware issues that happened on this printer and one other, would give higher review.

The printer is an additional to our HP8720(which has been a champ) since we need another printer for both my wife and me. The HP9015e work great and is faster than our 8720.

So far, it’s a good printer. It was easy to set up with my Apple products. The only negative so far, it’s very loud. Sounds like a thrashing machine.

Very capable printer that can handle many jobs. Large photo pages require that you monitor the feed tray as they occasionally hang up. Variable elsewhere for less.

LOVE this printer!! I purchased it to replace my HP8600 which was a workhorse for many years. I've been using this HP9015e for a few weeks and I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend this print.
