Works great, set up is easy. We have several printers in our office and it can be a bit difficult to recognize which printer is mine, would be nice if we could nickname them.

I was looking for an affordable printer that printed fast both ways. This thing is unbelievable!! I would buy it ten times over!

I am replacing a two year old HP Office Jet printer that developed irreparable printing problems. The 9015 meets my needs for dependable desk side printing, the option of online printing, as well as scanning services. I was an Instant Ink customer before and have continued with this new printer. The process for installing the ink was simple. So far, the printer has been reliable and quick. The HP Smart software is new to me, but has also been helpful. This is a good dependable printer.

The printer itself is just fine and a great replacement for my old 8010. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DELETE ANY PRIOR INSTALLATION FILES. I did not. And while I THOUGHT I was on HP's support page, it had been hijacked. Like a phishing attack, they asked many improper questions. Nearly got infected after giving them control, which is ALWAYS questionable, but APPEARED to be HP's support page and I'd been having problems installing. When they asked for my e-mail address, which HP should already have known, I shut it down. Just in time, according to my usual computer service guy. One more answer and my computer would have been completely infected! Hope you'll learn from my stupid mistake. And hope HP will check their old install programs to clear out the criminals using them to gain control of customer's computes.

It was very easy to set up and install. Works great! Does everything i need it to do.

its great works well, but the people that set up accounts still have not made it. We can not get online still and its been 30 days very irritated about this and need it fixed

Very nicely surprised by versatility and reliability. Upgraded from workhorse laser printer. Always had nozzle clogging problems before with Epson inkjets. So far, the HP has not used up half my cartridges cleaning the heads and has been fast to not only do the actual printing l but also the time between clicking on print and the starting of the job. Printer can be entirely smartphone controlled by each user on their own devices. Two thumbs up!

It work very good. It’s fast. My two kids love it, they print everything they need from school work.

Excellent printer, does not need a lot of maintenance. I use a similar model at work and that was the reason I got one for home. Great color and good speed.
