This printer is an excellent device as a replacement for my old HP printer. There is one major problem that I have found in trying to make use of the unit. There is NO OPERATIONS MANUAL!! Manuals are an absolute necessity for effective operation. I NEED A MANUAL!! You came close to getting three stars, please send a manual.

I like the printer because it has the feed feature, however, it is pretty loud when it starts to print.

The HP OfficeJet works as expected. A good product. I am happy with tie performance.

Like everyone else I've been working from home. I have separate printer, scanner, and a black and white laser printer to save on ink. I decided it was time to get an all in one that printed a full color page faster than I could cook dinner. Pros: It prints quickly, ink delivered to my home, it fits on top of my book shelf and doesn't rock it too badly that it falls over. Cons: I have the wireless printing set up and I can scan to email without issue but this think will NOT scan to folder from the printer. Every time I try it says I have to install the software, which is installed so I open up troubleshooting and all the settings are set. The only way I can get the printer to scan to folder is to do so from the PC. Which it's just just as easy to scan to email and download it...so there's that. It just annoys me that it should work, everything else does, but it refuses to function properly. I've not called the help desk because it's easy enough to work around and it doesn't hinder me from doing what I need to do, albeit in a roundabout fashion. All in all it's still a great printer and I would recommend this to anyone who needs an all in one for their home office.

Printer quality is good however have had problems with connecting printer wireless to computer. This includes scanning documents

Excellent inkjet multi-function printer!!!!! Color and B/W output comes out very fast. For the price, you cannot beat this.

The printer works great, easy to use, easy to replace inks…

Prints well but very noise. Would not recommend due to this fact. There has to be equal printers without this issue.

Still a noisy HP printer. Has some difficulty maintaining a Wi-Fi connection that I didn’t have with my previous noisy HP printer.

Really been enjoying this printer. Was so easy to setup and my phone linked to it with no problems.

This printer is just the right size and can do it all. The only thing I would mention is that the paper output tray (that catches the printed job) does NOT automatically extend when you press "print." You must manually extend it each and every time (or keep in extended all the time). The previous HP model I had of the Envy did automatically extend, so not sure why a newer model doesn't. Otherwise, a great printer!

LOVE my HP - OfficeJet Pro 9015e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer! The set up was easy and straight forward. The quality of printing and color is remarkable! Best Buy is always the best!

Works well overall. App is also easy to use. Prints and scans quick and clear. Just make sure the printer is on the same wireless band as the device you are trying to print from.

Bought this for my son to take to college - it's a nice compact size and works well

This printer is very user friendly. You don't have to be a geek to operate it. It meets all my needs including printing labels and printing from my iPhone.

The printer itself is just fine and a great replacement for my old 8010. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU DELETE ANY PRIOR INSTALLATION FILES. I did not. And while I THOUGHT I was on HP's support page, it had been hijacked. Like a phishing attack, they asked many improper questions. Nearly got infected after giving them control, which is ALWAYS questionable, but APPEARED to be HP's support page and I'd been having problems installing. When they asked for my e-mail address, which HP should already have known, I shut it down. Just in time, according to my usual computer service guy. One more answer and my computer would have been completely infected! Hope you'll learn from my stupid mistake. And hope HP will check their old install programs to clear out the criminals using them to gain control of customer's computes.
