Excellent printer for home use. Easy install, large ink modules.

Still a noisy HP printer. Has some difficulty maintaining a Wi-Fi connection that I didn’t have with my previous noisy HP printer.

This printer is an excellent device as a replacement for my old HP printer. There is one major problem that I have found in trying to make use of the unit. There is NO OPERATIONS MANUAL!! Manuals are an absolute necessity for effective operation. I NEED A MANUAL!! You came close to getting three stars, please send a manual.

This printer is very user friendly. You don't have to be a geek to operate it. It meets all my needs including printing labels and printing from my iPhone.

Purchased this to replace an Epson printer that only lasted a year. Happy to have an HP again.

Prints well but very noise. Would not recommend due to this fact. There has to be equal printers without this issue.

Works well overall. App is also easy to use. Prints and scans quick and clear. Just make sure the printer is on the same wireless band as the device you are trying to print from.

The HP Officejet 9010 Pro all-in-one I purchased at Best Buy has been a wonderful addition to my office. The printing speed and quality are amazing!

Like everyone else I've been working from home. I have separate printer, scanner, and a black and white laser printer to save on ink. I decided it was time to get an all in one that printed a full color page faster than I could cook dinner. Pros: It prints quickly, ink delivered to my home, it fits on top of my book shelf and doesn't rock it too badly that it falls over. Cons: I have the wireless printing set up and I can scan to email without issue but this think will NOT scan to folder from the printer. Every time I try it says I have to install the software, which is installed so I open up troubleshooting and all the settings are set. The only way I can get the printer to scan to folder is to do so from the PC. Which it's just just as easy to scan to email and download it...so there's that. It just annoys me that it should work, everything else does, but it refuses to function properly. I've not called the help desk because it's easy enough to work around and it doesn't hinder me from doing what I need to do, albeit in a roundabout fashion. All in all it's still a great printer and I would recommend this to anyone who needs an all in one for their home office.

This is our second HP wifi printer and we love the reliable connectivity and HP+ Instant Ink service. My kids print a ton of stuff for school and this handles it all with ease.

Still in first few weeks of use, and have used the print function and fax/scan. It has operated and performed well. My last HP "all in one" printer lasted 6 years, so I'm expecting nothing less with this one (and is the primary reason I went with HP again). I did notice that this (and other printers) have a dramatic reduction in metal compared to those 5 years ago. Nonetheless, expecting similar quality over the years.
