Great Printer And Great Value!

I have had this printer for a short while and really like it.
Setup: I did setup through the HP Smart App as instructed by the quick start guide and it all just worked.
Print Quality: I have been very satisfied with the print quality, including the double sided printing
Network Connectivity: All the devices in my house automatically found this network printer, no problem.
Scanning: I entered my email address in the front screen one time and saved it. When I scan, I just click the email to scan it to. Scan quality is excellent. You can scan either one at a time, or by feed.
Noise: This is the complaint you will probably read the most. It is not super quiet, but it isn't a big deal. The positive is If I print from another room, I know it is working when I hear it start.
Overall: This is a great printer which offers great value. Get this printer. You will not regret it. And the free ink is bonus! :)

The HP Officejet Pro 9015 is a great all around printer for home use, though I doubt it's full suite of features would be used in an office environment. The smart app with tasks is great for organizing your printed info, it sends the printed material in an email to you. Everything is accessible from your phone and the UI is very straight forward. It does a great job scanning and emailing PDFs. I had some issues printing 2 sided material; the bottom corner of the page left a smudge from the feed wheel on both flyers granted they were color intensive, but never seen on other printers. A nice printer for most normal tasks and with the help of the HP Smart app, a few more neat tricks. I'm not buying into the instant ink subscription because it's a subscription and something to plan to pay. There are many options and if you only do up to 15 pages a month, it's free. If you do a plan and forget to pay, they disable your printer until you do. So it's great for small offices who will use it frequently and not have to worry about the hassle of going out to buy more ink, saving money in the process.

Does everything I need it to really well. My home office is small, and this is a perfect size, light to lift, and it was easy to install. I use a Mac and had no issues installing the drivers and hooking it to my home wifi. It was up and running within about 15 minutes. I primarily use it for small print jobs and scanning and have not had any issues at all, but I don't know how it would hold up to extensive use. Highly recommend for light to medium use, though.

Hi, Khris.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer is not working like it should. I can understand how seeing print jobs show up several days after sending them to the printer would be confusing as well as frustrating, so I’ll offer some resources and information I hope will help.
I can’t tell from your review who your printer isn’t functioning properly, so I suggest you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation. To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number - Serial number - Your location - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer has proven to be an outstanding addition to our home office. Its sleek, compact design belies a powerhouse of functionality, seamlessly integrating printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities.
Setting up the printer was a breeze, thanks to the intuitive HP Smart app, which guided us through the process effortlessly. Once connected, the wireless performance has been flawless, allowing us to print from various devices without any hiccups.
The print quality is exceptional, delivering crisp, clear text documents and vibrant color prints. With a swift print speed of up to 22 pages per minute for black and white documents, our productivity has noticeably increased. The automatic double-sided printing feature not only saves time but also reduces paper consumption.
One standout feature is the 35-sheet auto-duplexing automatic document feeder (ADF), which simplifies scanning and copying multi-page documents. This has been particularly beneficial for handling contracts and reports efficiently.
Enrolling in the HP+ program has been a game-changer. The included six months of Instant Ink ensures we never run out of ink unexpectedly, and the subscription service has proven to be both convenient and cost-effective.
Overall, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e combines high performance, user-friendly features, and economical operation, making it an excellent choice for both home offices and small businesses. Highly recommended!

I have an HP printer in my office so when my home printer stopped working I chose to buy an HP for home. Great choice since I like how fast this one works and how clear everything prints. It's low noise and my last one made all sorts of noise before it even started to print. It fits perfect on the side of my desk and I like the lighter color. I also joined the instant ink program.

I recently purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer and I have been extremely impressed with its performance. The setup was quick and easy, and the wireless connectivity has been seamless.
One of the standout features of this printer is the 6 months of Instant Ink included with HP+. This has made printing so much more convenient and cost-effective for me. I love that I no longer have to worry about running out of ink at the last minute.
The print quality is excellent, with sharp text and vibrant colors. The printer is also fast and efficient, making it perfect for my home office needs. I appreciate the automatic two-sided printing feature, as it helps me save on paper.
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase of the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e. It is a reliable and high-quality printer that has made my printing tasks much easier. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a versatile and efficient all-in-one printer.

I do quite a bit more scanning than printing a scanner which does two-sided scanning and two-sided printing is better than any scanner you can buy for twice the price. the printer part is expensive due to. When you use those little cartridges still This is the best unit I've had in years and years and years and I've had everything from the Xerox top of the food chain $30,000 printer scanner for everything in between HP seems to consistently have the best value for what you get along with quality. The print quality is great the other printer I have is HP that uses the big toner things but the scanner is nowhere near as fast so the extra cost is probably worth it for the amount of limited printing. I do today, but I save the other one in case I need a big job, but this is the best as to size and production I've ever seen I've had Canon I've had Epson for the same format, sort of thing and this is far superior as well. I highly recommend this printer and it's small enough to throw in the trunk if you need to take it with you somewhere wish I could give it more stars than five. Fact, I actually purchased two

Great printer. Some other reviews state it is loud but it really isn't any louder than the HP 8035 it replaced. Fast set up, fast print, good quality even on draft & no connection issues. Love HP Instant Ink program. Cheaper than hunting them down & buying them individually. Would never use 3rd party ink anyway. Using with HP Envy laptops.

Nice All-in-One with Limitations

When I went to setup the HP - OfficeJet Pro 9015e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer, I was expecting the same effortless setup that I have had with all my previous HP printers. However, it did not go as expected.
After two part issues, which HP Customer Service courteously resolved in a relatively timely manner, I finally was able to do the setup of my new printer. This is when my real issues began.
I have recently upgraded my WiFi router to the new Eero 6 Pro, which only supports WiFi 6 (ax) and 802.11ac, while running in its normal mode. While setting up, I found that the latest WiFi protocol that this new printer supports is only 802.11n. Since I am not about to slow down my Internet speeds and change my router settings every time I want to use the printer, this is a no go.
In addition, during setup, a WiFi or wired Ethernet connection is required (you cannot use USB). And, while setting up, if you want to utilize all the special features of the HP Smart app, including: getting your 6 Months of free ink; signing up for Instant Ink with 50% savings and free shipping; using multiple devices to send jobs to your printer, and having special features in the HP all-in-one applications; then these are only available with a constant Internet connection.
In order to get my printer setup, I had to unplug my only available CAT 5 Ethernet cable from my VOIP (my router only has 1 Ethernet port). I put the cable back on my VOIP telephone, where it will stay.
Unless I installed an older, slower router that accommodates these older WiFi protocols, I am left with having to use a USB cable to my computer, which I did. HP does not supply a USB cable, so I had to dig through my cable collection and happily found one to use. You cannot use the HP Smart app with the USB, so I checked the website and downloaded the "HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 EasyStart Printer Setup Software - Offline Use Only" under 'Software Utility' on the HP Customer Support 'Software and Driver Downloads' website.
After all this, I finally had a chance to check out the functioning of this All-in-One. Simple printing is not an issue, but when I got to scanning, I noticed that the USB software is missing controls that I am used to on my older HP All-in-One printer. The simplified software doesn't allow adjustment of the scan's DPI and doesn't say what DPI to which it is defaulting. The scan application window is not adjustable and is appears tiny on my monitor and makes it difficult to see the scan results (especially for this older person).
These issues have really detracted from the overall good looks and good functioning of this All-in-One. Details count. It is time for HP to review and update their WiFi protocols to keep up with times. It is also time to update their general printer software to meet everyone's needs.
I would recommend this printer with caveats.

After running out of ink, again, I just wasn't didn't want to purchase another ink cartridge. I also found that my printer will not scan documents with an empty ink cartridge. So I decided to try this style and toss my perfectly fine printer away. So far it prints faster, and quieter, then my older one. The paper tray on the bottom holds plenty of paper, is out of sight, and always ready to go. My older, ( inexpensive ) printer could only scan one page at a time so the multiple page scanning feature really comes in handy for me. It holds a vast amount of ink and I am hoping I will never have to use up a precious amount of ink to realign the head each time you change out the ink cartridge! So far I believe the cost difference between my old printer and this one has been well worth the investment.

Easy to set up. Prints vey well. Easy to use. Only issue appears to the inability to be adjust paper tray to 8 1/2” x 11”. That size paper does not stay in place. If there is a way it’s not well documented.

ALL printers notoriously iffy/erratic/pain in the neck.
....this one noisier than prior HP6830 printer/scanner;
awkward/clunky paper tray, not as smooth as prior HP6830.
.....otherwise, good quality prints/scans.

This printer has provided exactly what I was looking for. I needed to replace an older HP OfficeJet 8620 whose printhead needed replacing. Rather than try to keep it going, I decided to get a new one, and this is what the HP Wbesit suggested was the best alternative with equivalent functionality. This has turned out to be true. I ordered it on the Best Buy website,. Not only did I get the sale price, but when I had to get help from a sales support staffer on the phone, that person helped me with the sales process, and was able to set it up for immediate delivery. It was delivered the day I ordered it! Setup through HP+turned out to be quite straightforward and effective. I've been using it for about a month now, and it is performning excellently.

Perfectly fine mid range machine for home office

After reading lots of mixed reviews about just about every mid range printer settled on this one. Seems everybody thinks printer quality has gone downhill, Expected a lengthy set up process … really wasn’t too hard at all. Just follow the instructions and download the app. Printer has a lot of features that I will not use but for printing and copying in a home office setting, this machine is just fine. Color is good, but not spectacular. Wouldn’t want to use for any marketing brochure, but for personal use the output is terrific. Signed up for instaink. Pretty much seemed I had to for things to work. The first cartridges arrived a week later. You can use the app for printing, but I just hit print off the computer and the sheet comes quickly. Contraction seems flimsy and I know better than to put too much pressure on any part. Shut the machine down when I went away for a week and it powered right back up ready to go.
