Seriously, this thing is a beast! I have had no issues with it whatsoever, and HP’s ink cartridge delivery program is wonderful compared to just buying cartridges.

I love my HP Printer. Works great. So easy to use

I returned the HP 9015e printer immediately as it did not come close to fitting my needs. It is my opinion the whole HP+ line of printers is garbage mainly because of their software. First of all, I am a long time HP Printer user and have liked them previously. My current HP printer broke after 12 years so I didn't think twice to go pickup a new HP printer. I was wrong in thinking things would be the same, after all it is just a printer, right!? 1. Quality is nowhere near my decades old printer. Plastics aren't as good, seams don't align as nicely and ink cartridges do not slide in easily nor do they provide positive feed-back that they are even seated correctly. The paper tray and paper catcher just seemed clunky and cheap to me as well. 2. Setup is a joke. The setup assistant can't add printers to a different WIFI SSID then from computer running the setup. Ever hear of having printers and computers on separate networks? So you have to add it manually from the printer itself and the keyboard layout is most silly thing I have seen and has no QWERTY layout. Once you tackle that the 6 months free ink is a joke as well because it is dependent on entering your credit card and signing up for some subscription service (which you can cancel at anytime) so they can start charging you after 6 months is up. 3. The printer does not like name changes or changing to static IP. I had to factory reset and start over because it messes up registration with HP and their Smart App. 4. Printer REQUIRES internet so you can print. If you need to print from outside your home, sure, maybe you need this feature. Or maybe you have VPN and can connect privately that way. Or maybe you just want to print to your own printer in your private home on your private network, nope, you still need internet access. Of course, HP will say, just use usb cable or WIFI Direct feature which are silly responses. There is NO need for REQUIRING internet access to print. The only purpose this services is so HP can monitor your usage and sell your data. Or they'll say they need to monitor ink levels. Again silly, my 12 year old HP printer told me when ink was low just fine without needing an internet connection. 5. The only thing they did right, was the plastic bag the printer comes in. It has handles built-in so you can easily lift the printer out of the box. In short, loved the plastic bag it came in, everything else is garbage. I went with a different brand entirely and couldn't be happier. It didn't have the cool plastic bag but all the other issues where a non-issue.

I really needed the scanner part of this printer which isn’t the greatest it needs to run the document through twice so I can see problems with that in the next couple of years I have boxes of documents that need scanned but all in all it’s a great little printer. Note it’s not a commercial, business printer scanner it’s more designed for the casual quick scan or print . I needed the automatic duplex set up to print and scan. Note the free ink coupon was missing upon opening the box I called HP and was given an extra 3 months added to the 6 month that was to come with printer.

It does all that want it to do. Easy to operate. Very intuitive.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS NEW PRINTER. I USED TO HAVE AN 8630 MODEL BUT THE PRINTER HEAD BROKE AFTER 5 YEARS. THIS ONE IS MUCH FASTER AS WELL.
