Great printer! Even better that it has its own little hotspot that you can connect to to print directly from your phone or computer without being connect to a network.

ITgis competitor is not as hardy as my prior all in one, 8600 series, that one was a workhorse; it was sturdy and reliable. This screen is small and awkward to read; I am short and I have to bend down to see the front of it, if would at least tilt back it would be far better! But, the mailed in program is great!!! I prefer HP products in general, my laptop is an HP. I trust the name.

Printer works and is easy to setup. Airprint a little confusing, prompting for user name and password

So far so good. I have not had to try to fax anything yet, but the copy part is fair. Not as good as the HP Envy.

This is a great printer, scanner. This is the second one I have bought. Second one for our summer house. It works seamlessly between our two homes. And I love the instant ink.

I use this at my office and it works great. Color and black and white pages print well and good speed. Satisfied so far and would recommend this purchase.

It’s made with sturdier parts, feels solid, and functions well. The cons of this printer are it is the noisiest printer I have ever used! HP should be ashamed to have put this on the market. Another frustrating problem is the printer shakes as if it is having delirium tremors while printing. I worry parts will break easily. Overall, I do not recommend this printer.

The gentleman was very polite took his time and let me know every question and questions I didn't even ask let me know what was good and bad of getting this machine compared to something else very happy done and kudos to the gentleman who did it who doesn't even know anything about facts and all in one copy machines he was going by the seat of his pants and his phone so very good job
