So Far a Good Product

However, I only bought it because the smaller ones were out of stock and I needed it to work remote. I've always had good luck with HP products at home and at work. It was easy to set up and so far it's doing a good job, but I've only done a few copies, scans and only printed 4 documents. Hopefully, it will last, but it's too soon to tell.

EXTREMELY QUICK DELIVERY

Best Buy actually had it on my doorstep the same day. I can't say enough about the service that I got from Best Buy. I like the HP printer. It is a little noisy. The directions stink. I don't know why there isn't a manual that is sent with the printer and even the pdf that you can download should be better. My kids actually showed me how to scan. I should not have to rely on outside help. IBM used to hire English majors to write customer manuals. Maybe HP should consider hiring not IT people to write them. It would save a lot of aggravation.

A Very Good All-In-One Printer for Most People
