    It's alright

It's a decent printer. Kind of loud and doesn't have the scan to email like I thought it did. None of the "e"models have scan to email without creating a back door entry through the IP in the browser. It prints fast though, and scans both sides from the feeder. HP is getting janky to force instant ink. I guess using the app isn't so bad I just prefer to scan to email right on the screen. I don't expect it to last much longer than the warranty, kinds of like my HP 8020 series that broke down 1 month after manufacturer warranty.

If you need a new printer you can not go wrong with this one. It's an all in one but on top of that you can print from any where there is wi fi or from your phone. I took advantage of the Instant ink and picked a program that was right for me. Sharp and clean printing nice view window and easy set up instructions. Great printer great price.

This printer looks slick, and it is smaller than previous Officejet printers I have purchased before. It prints fast in color and so far it has done a great job. The only complaint I have is the install process and how loud it is when it is printing.

This HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer is solid for home use. It has great features, easy setup, uses 4 ink cartridges, and prints well. It has a relatively small footprint and is not too heavy. I’m very pleased with this printer. I purchased it to replace an older HP printer.

Print quality is nice, and setup has improved a bit compared to previous HP printer models. I've never been a fan of trying to connect with HP printers, always seems like a difficult task and the software never seems to recognize the printer. Haven't had that issue with this printer as long as we are using the HP Smart Printing software, direct printing doesn't seem to function well. Overall, an improvement from previous HP models but still plenty of room to improve.

Fantastic Printer. Bought this one to add to my existing printer. Very easy to setup. Works well from all of my devices in my house. I print from my phone, as well as my tablets (Apple, and android). I would highly recommend.

Print & scan good, but scan software clunky

Easy to set up. Good print and scan quality, but the scan software is a little clunky and hard to use. Might be human error, so I just have to figure out myself how to work the "scan to email" function. Scanning and switching between settings was easier on my old Epson all-in-one, but at least HP doesn't cheat me on ink on print jobs like how Epson does (it's true that Epson uses up color ink even when you only want to print black and white). Note that I did not sign up for the HP Instant Ink program because of all the negative reviews posted online (even for the 6-months free, since HP will charge you if you go over the "free" limit and I don't want them to have my credit card info either). I also don't want HP being able to control my printer remotely. Automatic 2-sided printing and scanning also comes with it and works for me.

I like the wireless feature and being able to print from my cellphone. Very niceprint colors and set up was pretty easy. I also received a shipment from HP of extra set of inks after i signed up for the ink service. I truly enjoy it so far.

The print quality is great from what I can tell with limited use , I literally just set it up today so I haven't used all features yet. The one thing so far I don't like is the output tray doesn't automatically extend when printing like my old model did so if you don't keep it extended anything you print just drops right to the floor. I was already an HP instant ink customer from my previous HP printer and swapping out this printer for my old one was super easy. That however was the only thing that was easy. Setting up the printer was a pain, way more difficult than it needed to be. As far as I can tell the only way to set it up is using the HP smart printer app. Be careful with this one, there's a similarly named app in PlayStore that tries to charge a hefty fee. The HP app is free to install and free to use. You do however have to use it both to set up the printer and to use any of the remote features. Once I got through the cuss word inducing set up and got the printer successfully connected to my network then I had even more cussing trying to get my Windows 11 desktop to find the darn thing. Finally achieved this going into settings and adding the printer there, it never would work trying to add it from the control panel. Even going through the settings method it took a few tries but eventually Windows "discovered" it. The entire process could have been and should have been much easier if there was any kind of decent instructions but there is not. It's a pretty much a figure it out yourself setup. Maybe it will be easier if you are not trying to replace another HP branded printer, part of my problem was it just kept trying to connect to the already disconnected and offline old printer instead of recognizing that I was installing a new printer. Now that I finally have it up and running I expect it will be good to go for quite a long time. I had my old HP printer for at least 7 or 8 years and it still works. I only replaced it because it's so old that model is no supported by HP so if I needed any servicing I'd be out of luck. I figured I may as well replace it now before it came to that.

Good quality print, although a bit noisy. Like the speed. Major complaint was set-up took a long time. The color cartridges kept popping out. Had to go to online manual to find out why my computer wasn't recognizing it, even though I followed all the instructions that came in the box. Almost packed it all up to take it back to the store, but suddenly it worked. Think the instructions could be clearer. Have had numerous HP and Canon printers that were less problem to set up.

I wanted a color printer with a document feeder for our new home and had seen good reviews for the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e. They were not wrong, this printer works very well. Setup was pretty easy using the HP Smart app on my phone or PC. Text and color photos look great and it is pretty fast. HP really pushes their ink subscription program but because we travel several months out of the year I did not want a subscription plan. I will purchase replacement ink as needed. Overall I would definitely recommend the 9015e, it is a very good printer.

I had to buy a new printer since my HP 8600 Pro was not printing good. The printerhead was going out on it. My advice to anyone. Don't buy the cheap ink ! Only buy HP ink cartridges or the Office Depot brand. The OD brand is slightly cheaper, but works just as good. This new printer I purchased is very good. It prints pages much faster at less ink consumption. When its in sleep mode, it wakes up and start printing right away. My old 8600 wouldn't wake up. So I had to restart it everytime. It does prints photos good, but not excellent quality. It's slightly smaller and lighter than my old 8600 and having the HP+ and 6 months of free ink was a great deal.

I had to replace my HP 8600 Plus, which is the best printer I have ever had, for my small business. This one seemed like a close match so I went with it. Setup was cumbersome due to the requirement to have an HP account setup. Still evaluating the Instant Ink feature…not sure of that will save me money or cost me more. Once setup up though, the printer is fast and produces excellent quality documents. It is noisier than the 8600 though.

This is my first HP printer so I will be comparing it to other brands I’ve used in the past. So far it is printing smoothly, and quality is good. Although the initial ink cartridges did ram low after some prints within a few weeks, it’s what I suspected already, original ink’s cartridges don’t last long. We’ll see how they last as time goes with new cartridges. Overall so far, it’s sleek, prints good graphics, not too loud, and easy to use.

The Printer and Scanner work well. The unit was easy to set up and install on my network. The ink cartridges are very expensive. You can only use HP ink replacements If you sign up for HP+. I would have gone with a tank ink printer had I known my family was going to use it this much.

Bought to replace an older HP DeskJet Pro 8600. Works well, but screen is much smaller, the scanner flatbed only supports up to 8-1/2x11 paper where older one did 8-1/2x14, also scan utility is 300 dpi minimum vs 200 dpi minimum for older printer. Input paper tray feels a bit flimsier and is a little harder to get in and out. On the plus side I can now load and print multiple sheets of thick (110 lb) paper, where in the 8600 I had to load them one at a time. Print quality and printing speed is very good, no complaints at all.
