The printer, copier , scan, fax great.. the only hiccup is the paper tray, not easy to use, it sticks when pulling out to put paper in the tray.

Nice, quite efficient HP printer, which didn’t make the Consumers Report magazine top 5 models but didn’t matter to me. I’ve been able to print from my Mac, iPad, and even from my Galaxy S8 smart phone without problem. All tasks via Bluetooth. However my wife has got an ongoing problem when trying to print from her HP Chrome laptop as the result is inconsistent. Sometimes it works, others won’t. I’ve purchased a USB cable today and try if this ‘moody’ behavior finally stops. It remains to be seen

Absolutely effortless to set up! And it has worked perfectly since being set up.

The printer is nicely designed and prints fine. However, there are software issues. When you try to scan from the feeder and use the printer's display to scan, it does not work. It scans and either sends the scan to a "Black hole"...where you cannot find the scan or it fails to scan. It does work through the software, but it's easier to use the printer's display to scan and this is how it is supposed to work. Additionally, I have tried to connect the printer with a USB cable and it cannot make a connection with the computer. It worked fine with my previous HP 8710 which is quite similar to the 9015. I have spent a couple of hours with HP support who could not figure it out....They said it was a "Known issue". This printer has been out for a while now... See enclosed images with the errors...

I am not a technical wizard was able the directions. And it works great. Thanks to the store rep. He was very helpful. Thanks for all that it does. Great product

Order was a couple days later than promised for pick up, but once confirmation email was sent, curbside pick up at Union N J store was quick and staff was friendly upon my arrival. The HP copier performed as promised. Easy to set up wireless connection , holds plenty of paper and prints out document clean and quickly. Very pleased with product.

OfficeJet Pro 9015e prints good-looking text and photos at a relatively low cost per page. It's well suited to small offices with moderate copy and print needs.

it is perfect for what we needed for our house. Kids are older and don't need to use it for much except to print tickets and receipts or groupons. Works and was easy to hook up. We can all print from anywhere in our big house now from any room. With four boys and a husband who surfs the net constantly, it's perfect. I am going to buy another one soon for my 16 year olds room, Same model.
