Windows 7 requires Service Pack 1
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is an excellent printer, but remember if you're running Windows 7, it requires Windows 7 SP1 (Service Pack 1). Installing Service Pack 1 can open a whole can of worms in your computer. I took mine back and exchanged it for an Epson that works with regular Windows 7.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e Printer

The only trouble I have had so far is occasionally, that instead of centering the full page upon printing, 1/4 of the right side of the page doesn't print on the paper, as it prints off center. Don't know if there is anything I can do to prevent that from happening or not. Haven't talked to Geek Squad yet. Also have trouble with touch screen working when I touch it with my finger.

Both printers use the same printer cartridges, which is ideal so I don't have to worry about the having multiple ink cartridges going out of date as much. I hope HP continues with this smart concept.

Sleeping issue required software changes

But there was a power issues issue with printer sleeping and not waking on touching the LED screen that required tech support to fix with changes in software settings. Now working OK but took some time with H-P tech support to correct. Printing quality very nice for an ink jet. Faxing and scanning working well with lots of options.
