    So much better than the model I previously had. The only trouble I have had so far is occasionally, that instead of centering the full page upon printing, 1/4 of the right side of the page doesn't print on the paper, as it prints off center. Don't know if there is anything I can do to prevent that from happening or not. Haven't talked to Geek Squad yet. Also have trouble with touch screen working when I touch it with my finger.

    The printer prints fast and with great quality. Two-sided (duplex) printing has been easy. Very easy to set up, to one wired computer and a wireless laptop. Great quality scans, too, with free IRIS software to do OCR and convert scans to MS Word or text (software came with an update a couple of days after we set up the printer). Bought this about a month ago and no problems to date (no paper jams).

    Had to get used to a different set-up, my last HP printer was very old but also had been very reliable. Print quality is good and fast. Since it has it's own computer screen with trouble shooting techniques I have adjusted to saving and sending data by a different mode but appears to be working fine for me. An added plus is its size. Bigger than my previous one but still small enough to fit on my computer armoire shelf.
