    Like it, but somewhat confusing as to getting it to print black & white or color. No instructions included about various functions. Also, keeps going off-line even though connected to laptop; and then will print document maybe hours later. Don't understand

    Delivered on schedule. Set up on schedule. But one problem. The box and your ads tell me that it comes with six months of free instant ink. But the installer set it up and added only two months of free instant ink. So what gives? Are you cheating me? or will I receive the promised six months?

    I've only had it set up for a few weeks and so far its printed fine. Its definitely flimsier than my 8610 was. I also havent found a way to print borderless photos yet but I'm hoping I figure it out.

    I was very pleased with the performance of this printer. The print resolution is very sharp and clean. The scans are very clear and aligned perfectly. The set up was relatively easy, considering I am quite the dinosaur when it comes to technology. The delivery was on time, carefully handled and professional.
