    Our previous printer (HP Office Jet 6300) quit on us and we decided to replace it with this product. After initial consternation in set up (not tech savvy) we successfully installed ourselves and so far so good. We will see how the the instant ink program goes. Found it on sale at the time of purchases which was nice.

    This is the 2nd purchase I made for this model. Overall, it is a good printer however this 2nd purchase was precipitated by the failure of the cartridge rack on my first unit which was only 3 years old. Previous printers I had lasted much longer.
