Setup was very easy. Print quality has been very good. I waited a few days to register for the Instant Ink subscription. This required telephone support as the 6 months of promised free ink only showed up as 2 months. This issue was quickly resolved. I have already received my first ink shipment.

Printer is great. App sucks

Quality of the prints and functionality are all very good. The HP smart app is very difficult. It took many hours to set up and still causes issues. Especially if you have multiple user accounts on the computer the printer is tied to. I usually go with rosin but decided to try this one. Overall very good but the app needs improvement.
