    would have been a 5 except for the unclear instructions on connecting it to computer. First wireless printer and what a nightmare!! Finally got a LIVE person at HP (after a week of many hours and heartaches trying to understand the directions. This person was great. HPO--try doing more of the LIVE help early in the game if one is having problems and maybe you can rectify some of your customer service issues.
