    Feeders document trays, etc. have a fragile feel, but quality that this relatively inexpensive all-in-one machine produces is incontestable. The accompanying software makes the good product better. Integrating scanning and printing options with my smartphone didn’t make much sense until I started using it. The remote fax sending capability also works great.

    A great network printer for our home. This was bought to replace an older HP OfficeJet printer that had finally died. What a difference it made to get a newer version of our old faithful printer. So much easier and better looking too! Now about the printer cartridge costs...

    Printer was easy to install with instruction sheet and video combined. Easiest part was going on line with HP and setting up an account and installing the printer to our Wi-Fi. Had concerns before attempting but HP online made process easy to complete.

    I previously owned the officejet 8710 and loved it. They discontinued it and I thought I would buy the 9015e. I do not like it as well. The paper tray is flimsy and harder to adjust for 4x6 photo paper.

    Rated 3 Stars because the Setup is AWFUL! and no USB direct to the computer (unless you ask, then have to purchase it. Fortunately, I had a USB cable from my HP 8610.) I need my printer to work when the WIFI goes down. Tried the Geek Squad recommendation it recognized but still could not complete Setup. setup. Had to call HP Tech Support who walked me thru directions and still could not complete Setup, it would not recognize the printer at all. They had to do remote Setup, which took 2.5 hrs. Finally worked. Another thing about the 9015e is the color copies and photos are not as brilliant as on the 9015, disappointing but acceptable. I would only recommend it because of the price, speed, and duplex capabilities but not if expecting high-quality color prints, or if you do not have patience for Setup
