We must have had a power outage cause all the lights were flashing. I pulled the plug, waited 1 minute and then plugged it in and the printer worked fine. Seems like a good printer.

Great value for good in-home printer scanner

There was a sale, $30 or so off original price. We have really liked it so far. Good quality printing, scanning works well. We are very happy for this price point. Of course it isn't the fastest in the world, or most quite, but I'd imagine it'd rank high when compared with this pricing category.

Our family loves our new printer!

When I was done I was convinced I had missed a step or that something was missing. I was wrong. It was just that simple and stress free. Downloading the app and getting the printer working was a breeze. I appreciate the print quality and the ease of printing from my phone, tablet or laptop/desktop. It’s perfect for our family.

The printer interface is an improvement over the earlier printer I had. It was easy to put the cartridges in. I would have preferred more choices of scan resolution for the document feeder. I liked the 200 dpi of my earlier printer.

Giving HP a third try.

First replaced after a few months when printer head froze up on the extended warranty . Got another extended warranty for the replaced unit which kept getting repeated paper jams. Too soon to tell but getting same brand so I can use the ink cartridges.
